Friendly staff, but a long wait

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My car had to stay overnight and they gave me a courtesy car to use while it was there. However, my only complaint was it took over 3 hours for them to assess what was the issue with my car. I had made an appointment and even arrived 30 minutes early. I personally feel like that was way to long of a wait, especially with an appointment. Other than that, again, the staff was great and understanding.

Great Dealership, fantastic service dept

I am on vacation from Michigan. We drove our Suburban down, towing our boat, for a week of bass fishing on Lake Toho. Our fuel pump went out on our second day here. I called Starling Chevy that morning and they set me up with a 2:15 PM appt. to make a long story short, they went out of their way to make sure I got my vehicle back as soon as possible. I stead of waiting for parts to be shipped in, they sent someone in a car to another dealership which was quite far to get the parts I needed and had me back on the road within 24 hours. Alfonso Moya was my service specialist and he was nothing but spectacular. He basically saved our vacation along with Brian the technician. Thank you
