D & E Car Mitsubishi

After a horrible experience car shopping at Coastal Kia we stopped in at D&E Mitsubishi because my son had a recent purchase there and a great experience. A Mitsubishi was not even on my radar but I found the car I wanted in an Outlander. The entire staff at D&E was amazing. The price was fair and the negotiations for my trade were very good as well. My husband has a good analogy for D&E compared to the other huge and flashy dealerships in Wilmington. If you have ever seen the movie Dodgeball the D&E s like the average Joe gym. Not the biggest, not the flashiest but has ALL the heart! Don?t buy a car before you check out D&E Mitsubishi. Thanks D&E!

I refuse to go anywhere but D&E Mitzu bishi for anything my vehicle needs! Kent DeBoise is the best service manager around. His employees live and respect him. The love working there. He is well organized, considerate, HONEST, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable about his work. He is fair, tells you up front about your cars repairs, before he works on it. You get all the details about what he can do, what he can?t do, so you understand. I appreciate the workers there as they are all happy, treat you with respect, friendly. Give snacks, drinks if you?re waiting. I?ve been going to him since I purchased my 2004 Mitzubishi Montero Limited. Kent treat all he does for all his customer alike. This is one fantastic Manager, who runs a fantastic, phenomenal dealer service. I?ll go no where else but D&E Mitzubishi, Wilmington NC I always recommend D&E Because it?s the most reliable, trustworthy Service Department, and Kent DeBoise makes it all possible!

Not organized terrible experience. From time of purchase dealer said technically was new and they didn?t understand it. Every time to service department service manager and subordinates are under educated. Over all the experience is toxic.

A super nice loaner SUV was offered while the auto was in service. I am so grateful for D&E exceptional auto service AND customer service.
