Michael Hecker was a lifesaver for me.

Michael Hecker was a lifesaver for me. I made a call to him and he got me in to get my battery changed and within a couple of hours my car was good to go! Thank you so much!

I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car.

I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car. I am so glad I walked into Cochran VW South Hills when I did. I was greeted by TJ who took the time to understand what I wanted and needed in a car. He treated me with respect during the entire transaction. I have never before had such a painless experience buying a car. I am so happy with my new car and with this dealership. Go see my man TJ!

Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent about 43k at the north hills location on a 2019 golf r and even paid 1k extra for the tire and wheels insurance. Last maintenance i was told to call a number, and theyd come to my house to repair said wheels. When the time came to call about a cracked rim due to road conditions I had accidentally misplaced the number, and spent 2 days of being bounced around the dealership, leaving messages, etc to hearing nothing back. Today when i chased down the man who originally gave me the number finally. I was told the dealership had to make the claim and i personally couldn't. They sure took my money with a smile and open hand but when the time comes on rendering the service they will do absolutely anything to ghost you. I will never be going back there.

My wife took my Jetta to the Cochran dealership on West

My wife took my Jetta to the Cochran dealership on West Liberty avenue on January 23. There was an issue with loose or disconnected wire on the fuel line. They fixed the issue and charged me 682.72. I was okay paying for a fix, but I am not okay that the overcharged me and lied to me and my wife. When asked why it was so expensive to fix a wire, they first said it is because it’s $180 labor per hour over approximately 3 hours. The wire was fixed in an hour. However, they still charged us the same amount. When asked why it was still so expensive because it only took an hour, he gave her another reason that it is “market cost”. I emailed Brian Title at the dealership immediately and asked why the price was still around $700 and it only took an hour. He gave me yet ANOTHER reason saying it’s because the technician is special, ten years experience. This is completely unacceptable, deceptive and frankly a scam. I reached out to the manager Justin Hergenroeder asking for a refund and he ignored me for 2 weeks. I included the owner Rob Cochran and he also ignored me. This is the WORST experience I have ever had.

We bought our Tiguans from Cochran 3 years ago and the service has always been amazing. Justin and Bryan are super easy to work with. The service is always fast but more importantly it is done right! I would recommend Cochran VW to anyone looking for a great car and exceptional service .
