Terrible Customer Experience

Terrible experience. I had bank approved financing and the Finance Manager kept pushing me to use "their" financing. Also pushed me to accept the extended warranty multiple times when I told him I could get one much less inexpensive on the internet from Mopar. After the finance manager got upset and sent me a buyers order without the coupon I had for Memorial Day included so the price was higher!!!Tried to switch vehicles on me, just a total terrible customer experience.

Long time customer of 5+ vehicles, had to request a REFUNDABLE deposit back and got berated by the sales manager and OWNER about what a terrible person I am do sticking them on a deal with a refundable deposit when let’s be honest, they do this to people every day. Prices have always been a little high but I never cared because I liked their people, Turns out when the tables are turned not only will you get to meet the owner, he’ll tell you what a terrible person you are shortly after. After 13+ years of purchasing from them and referring friends, never again. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went in to compare the vehicle that Pearson had versus another car at another dealership. Christian Johnson and his Manager, Pete Bilodeau were very kind and provided excellent customer service despite us being difficult. In the end, their customer service and value won, over the vehicle that honestly had better mileage and more bells and whistles! They were more than willing to work with us through our needs and comparisons of the other vehicle. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Great Experience

I tried buying from 4 other dealerships and had bad experiences, until I went to Pearson. They treated me like I mattered to them and they gave me a great deal. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Great experience from start to finish!

Unbelievable

I was traveling through Richmond, VA,, from St. Louis, Mo, when I had a trailer issue. I also had a “Perform Service” message pop up on my 2017 Ram 3500. I took my truck to Pearson Chrysler near Richmond, but I was told that I needed an appointment. I was told, around 9:30 this morning, that they could schedule me for an appointment the next day to plug into my truck, and determine the fault. I told them that I was from out of town, but I had never heard of that. Again, they told me that I needed an appointment just to plug into my truck and determine the fault. A local man told me to take it to Whitten Brothers Of Ashland, that Pearson’s is horrible service. I drove to Whitten Brithers Of Ashland, and their customer service is what you would expect of any customer oriented service department. They evaluated it, and told me that it was a Crank Case matter, but was not a serious fault. I asked if they could squeeze it in, and Whitten Brothers Of Ashland checked with their diesel mechanic, and verified that they had the part. They completed it in very little time, and got me back on the road.

Awful Service Center Staff

Unresponsive, impolite, lazy!! I pulled into the service center to have my mirror repaired. No one spoke or acknowledged my presence. This is the 3rd time ive had to visit this center. What I've found to be consistent, their poor attitudes and lack of desire to solve customer issues. Service guy instructed me to drive up the street to find someone to fix it!

Poor business

I left my Jeep with this dealer and when I picked it up, they had cracked the side window. I reported it promptly and hey asked me to bring it in for them to see. After taking another couple hours away from work to bring it in, they declined to accept responsibility for their damage. The unfriendly experience I had in the past with their staff in conjunction with this experience was all I needed to decide to never leave my vehicle here nor buy another vehicle from Pearson again. This is a poorly run dealer and not worth the risk.

Recall Repair Turned into Hussle

Dropped Jeep in for a recall repair. Mid-day received a call that the radiator was cracked and would need to be replaced. The crew noticed ‘leaking’ under the Jeep and this is what they found. Needless to say I did not have this fixed and there has been no leaking! I cracked radiator REALLY?? I believe they were just trying to get $600.00 from someone!!! Will never return to the place! So sad how people try to take advantage!!! Can only hope the recall was completed!
