These guys must have a team of review writers bangging

These guys must have a team of review writers bangging out good reviews to hide there shady practices. I spent a hour and a half before I realized the racket they were running on me. I told them I could afford to pay cash for 3 or 4 of the work trucks on the lot but with my bad credit and big down payment I might be interested in a lower milage truck. Truck needed to be diesel, 4x4, dually, under 170k if paying cash. After 45 min they pulled around a older truck with 208k miles without going over any details of the truck with me. Could have saved lots of time. 30 min later and after talking to Colt they brought around a 2024 f350 dually 4x4 GAS truck.. without ever asking me if I would be interested in it....huge waste of time and a hit on my already bad credit. Go elsewhere.

Steiger Hart for the win!

Steiger Hart for the win! Great customer service. He showed us options in the range we asked. He went above and beyond to make our experience great! Wouldn't buy from anyone else. Highly recommend him and Seth Wadley Ford in Pauls Valley. A thank you to Bryan in finance for his knowledge, help and great customer service. My mom hasn’t bought a car in 25 years so when she told

My mom hasn’t bought a car in 25 years so when she told me she needed help started shopping on line and within mins Kelli called me telling about a car that my mom might like. That one didn’t work for my mom ( she knew what she wanted ) but that didn’t stop Kelli she then searched a found the car of my mom’s dreams for a price my mom could afford. Not only was the car shipped from out of state we drove it before signing anything. That was the best experience I’ve had with dealership in a while and I would highly recommend Kelli at Seth Wadley for all your car needs. Thanks Kelli and Seth Wadley for making us feel part of the family and driving away in our new car. I know from now on that’s the place and person I’ll be dealing with!

**Title: Horrendous Experience - Avoid Seth Wadley Ford

**Title: Horrendous Experience - Avoid Seth Wadley Ford at All Costs!** If I could give a -5 stars that still wouldn’t begin to describe the inconveniences and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced and the unprofessionalism from this dealership. I am utterly disgusted and beyond frustrated with my experience at Seth Wadley Ford. Two months ago, I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Limited F450 from them, dropping over $80,000 on what I thought would be a reliable vehicle. How wrong I was! Just a month in, the turbo failed catastrophically, xxxxxxx all the oil out of the motor and blowing it out the exhaust. Unbelievably, the truck has been sitting in the shop for over a month now, waiting for someone—anyone—from the warranty company or Seth Wadley to approve and cover the repairs. The total lack of responsibility and urgency in addressing this issue is mind-blowing. To add insult to injury, when the truck was delivered, the front tires were so bald that within a week, I had a blowout. It was glaringly obvious that the truck hadn't been serviced or even looked at before delivery. It seemed as though they took it on trade and handed it over to me without running it through the shop—completely unacceptable and dangerous! Everyone I've spoken with at Seth Wadley Ford gives me the runaround. No one takes ownership of the problem, and there's been no effort to resolve any of the issues. Thanks to their shocking neglect and incompetence, I’ve now lost my $208,000 a year job because this truck, which I bought brand new from them, doesn’t even run! If you value your money, your safety, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Seth Wadley Ford like the plague. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I should not be dealing with any of these problems or coming out of pocket for anything after giving this much money for something only 2 months ago and keep in mind it’s been sitting in a ford dealership shop for 1 of those months waiting on approval of repairs!

Steer clear of these professional liars. Zach will tell you anything to make a sale. ANYTHING. I know online reviews aren't always fair, but don't take my word for it. If you're wondering about how they do business, call up there and listen to their on hold recording where they say "engines for life on ALL our cars. no matter how old how many miles gas or diesel ." Then go look at a used car or truck and I guarantee you they will have some reason that car is not able to have that warranty or they will say yeah no problem it comes with it. THEN READ your paper work. They will fail to add it to the sales agreement. Sorry pathetic people in it for the fast buck and screw everyone that gets in their way.

From the very start of entering the building the

From the very start of entering the building the experience here was nothing less than superb. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and offered water and coffee from the start. The receptionist was very bubbly and eager to assist. My salesman, Braylee, was down to earth and a simple young man not over doing any sales pitch but just obviously being his honest and kind self. I was buying a 2020 Mustang GT that had a tuning issue. Braylee brought in Scott Williams who was extremely knowledgeable in the sports car department. He explained what needed to be done and offered $1,000 towards the repair needed. This payment would be sent after I made the repairs. After making the agreement, Braylee sent me to financing where I dealt with a gentleman named Dakota. Dakota was very kind and thorough when going through my financing and warranty details. He was swift and wasted no time getting me in and out. As promised, I received a check in the mail two days after having my car tuned just as Scott explained. I have purchased 7 vehicles from 7 different dealerships. This dealership was 2 1/2 hours from home but after the awesome experience at Seth Wadley, my next vehicle will be purchased here.

I looked at one car on their website and I have been inundated with phone calls from several people and text messages from additional staffers. I'm afraid to look at additional vehicles on their site, or really any car dealers site, because I felt like I was being violated! I would like to shop for a vehicle online and I expect to be contacted, but SW was annoying and just too much.
