I was able to make a deal over the phone and internet before I drove 2 hours to the dealership. They even made a deal on some defects I found when I arrived. From Meagan, Joe, Seth, and Ray they all did a great job.

It could be better
I live in Durant, nearly 2 hours away. When I scheduled my service, I listed my 2011 Chevy Silverado and stated I needed an oil change and that my engine light was on. I get off work at 2pm. When I got there they said they couldn't check my engine light because it was a Chevy and I would have to go to the other service center. It would have been nice to know this before I drove there. Now I have to make an appointment to have my engine light checked at a later date.

Oil Change
I called first thing Monday morning to see if I could get my oil changed and received an appointment for 11:00 o'clock AM. Everyone was courteous and efficient, and my car was ready in an hour although there were numerous other vehicles waiting and to top it all it was free because I bought my car there!

Oil changes
Had 2 vehicles scheduled back to back, had major traffic delays getting there causing us to be late. Explained what was going on while in traffic. Had us in and out once we arrived.

2 weeks still waiting for my truck
They toll me as a sensor onmy GPS they ordered week later I got the truck with the same issue 2 weeks later still waiting start the third week I haven't phone calls or any messages about my truck sales ma. Doing great. Help me all times
