First service

This was my first service at this dealership. The appointment was scheduled on a day that was good for me. I was given a loaner to use while mine was serviced which allowed me to run some errands. I was called went the service was complete and returned for my vehicle. Overall a good experience.

Facilities were temporary and the renovate the dealership...not a problem...just can give 5 star...Overall, everything was great...they found my Rover in MD and had it to L?ville when they said they would and everything went very smoothly.

I was surprised that the service man told my wife that he recommends having the sun roof serviced. He said if we didn't it would begin to collect water and begin to smell. We have had many vehicles with sun roofs and never had to have that type of service. The price was $304.00 plus tax. This was for the 30,000 mile oil change.

Jack, Thank you for your feedback. Do you and your spouse park your vehicle in the garage or do you park them outside? Water ingress from blocked drain tube and debris in the sunroof panel guides is common: more so for those how park outside in treed areas. Our service department has been recommending the service ever since being criticized by client's who trusted us in protecting their car or SUV. Customer whom had suffered water damage from blocked sun roof drain tubes whom we had not recommend the service felt as if we had been unprofessional in not letting them know that the service should be performed. Although Land Rover does not include the service as a recommended maintenance, the Land Rover Repair manual does have procedures for repairing water ingress caused by the clogged roof drains. Further most of our brands do include the service as a recommended maintenance. Again, thank your for your high star rating and I hope we answer your question with regard to the cleaning of the sun roof drain tubes. Best regards,

Great Buying Experience

Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Only downside was the vehicles we were looking at were in an old warehouse down the street from the actual Dealership

Best Car Buying Experience, Ever

Normally, buying a car is an hours-long nightmare. I dread it. But the guys at Land Rover Louisville really made the experience enjoyable. Crazy, I know. I have a bit of a unique situation, in that I don't have a driver's license, but the car and the loan were going in my name. My boyfriend and I came into the dealership kind of late on a Friday, as we had driven down from Akron, OH. Despite never having dealt with this situation before, and the person they needed to talk to not being there, they were super patient and worked through all of the issues with us. They even stayed late. Matt was determined to figure out the situation, and Tyler had us in tears with laughter. I won't look anywhere else but here for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks, guys!

Missing my iPhone charger when having oil change

Missing iPhone charger after got my car back from oil change service. Very disappointing. I used that charger earlier, left without charger. Can’t trust it
