My rating is EXCELLENT. I had a very good buying experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. Things mostly went smoothly, and any issue was corrected quickly. There was no hard sell, or any of the games dealers play that us buyers hate. My salesman, Arthur S, was more than helpful, and actually fought for me to help me get my price. He gave me as much time as I wanted for test driving several cars. No impatience, or pushiness. I want to also thank Frank for showing flexibility on price, both on my purchase and my trade-in. I feel like I got a great car, and a great deal, and I didn’t have to undergo the pressure tactics so common in the car buying experience. So I want to say THANK YOU to PALLISADES MAZDA

The service was fine.

The service was fine. The service advisor Brittany was very nice and informative. However, despite Brittany’s efforts, it too much more then 30 minutes for me to get my car after service was done. The value of my lost time exceeded the cost the oil change would have cost at Jiffy Lube
