Palisades Mazda is your one-stop shop for anyone's

Palisades Mazda is your one-stop shop for anyone's automotive needs. Customers, both potential and current, are most important. The staff gives and explains all available options and leaves the decision-making up to consumers. NO HARD SALES! I visited the automotive technical area in regards to a light on the dash. The technician explained my dilemma in layman's terms and left the final outcome up to me. The managers were approachable, visual, and professional. One needs sunglasses to block the rays of light, which emitted from the smiling faces within this establishment. It was a pleasure doing business with Palisades Mazda. Thanks!!

I have been taking my Mazada 3 there since I bought it in 2018 and the service has been great. So much so that I bought my Rogue in for inspection!

The service department and system are first rate. Super easy experience and John in the service department is fantastic to work with. Getting car serviced used to be a pain but at Mazda they make it convenient!

Today I had my Mazda C30 serviced for the first 12 months

Today I had my Mazda C30 serviced for the first 12 months oil change, maintenance and inspection. I was charged $150! The inspection is free the first year on the new car, but he tried to tell me he did me a favor! I waited 2 hours before I checked if they were done. The car had been ready for awhile, they didn’t bother to let me know. After I left l noticed that the “Service overdue” was still on! I will never return here for service!
