Don't trust them

Tl:DR, never trust any "price" they tell over text. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door. Drove an hour to get there and when I inquired about the price we had discussed I was told "Oh my manager told me to agree on the price to get you here but we still need to see if it will work for us". We were very far apart.

Salesperson texted me today after being in to look at a car yesterday, but we were too far apart on the deal. I told her EXACTLY what my purchase price was and she indicated they would honor that number. When I left work to drive all the way over there, there number was over $4,500 more than what she said they would do. "Oh, we thought you would go up from the price you said you would pay..." CLOWN SHOW! Total waste of my time and as a businessman who is fair and direct, I do not appreciate this type of sales tactic. Amateur hour at ALM Roswell. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT GOD_FORSAKEN DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

F them.

Never come back again never . Their manager cheated me of the down payment of 3000. Please be careful. Always check the loan contract carefully, always!

I wouldn’t call them honest.

Went to look at a car and was told it was a single owner car they took on trade with a ton of service records. After looking up the vehicle history it turned out to have 5 owners and only 9 service records over ten years and five owners. They will lie to your face.

Terrible Business

I unfortunately purchased a 2018 F150 from ALM Newnan, when taking a look at the vehicle that I travelled 200 miles to see, I was shown major damage to the front end. After dealing with the company, we came to an agreement that allowed me to purchase. Fast forward two days later, I notice the vehicle will not go into cruise anymore. Take the vehicle to Ford and find out that the vehicle was scrapped together very recently to work. Spending forty some odd thousand dollars on a vehicle I expect it to run correctly. Call the dealership over twenty times to get the same "we will call you back" message. DO NOT buy a vehicle from these people. They do not stand behind the vehicles sold and do not care about the customer. This is not the only issue. After replacing the mismatched tires, a week after purchased. I am informed that all wheels are bent and two have cracks. The dealership once again showed ZERO effort in delivering a helping hand. Do Not Buy from this dealer!!!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LEMON

where do i start? do not buy a car from these people. they are crooks all the way to the starting with chris in duluth, the finance person shamaad or whatever his name is lies right to your face. the cade ekes at corporate basically lets you know this is standard business practice for their company. if you want to buy a pig in a sack go right ahead and purchase from alm. oh, after they rob you, they will block your number and hang up in your face. don't believe me just watch!

I was considering the purchase of a used Escalade ESV for $100,000 and gave the dealer a $2,000 refundable deposit to hold the car. 10 minutes later, our insurance agent advised that the car couldn't be insured for that amount because the original MSRP was $78,000. That's right, they were trying to pawn off a 3 year old vehicle for $22,000 more than the car cost when new. When I contacted the dealership immediately afterward to discuss price, he mumbled something like "well, that's the market." Needless to say, I cancelled the hold and was told my $2,000 deposit would be credited back to my credit card. 45 days later, I still haven't been credited. I'll get my money back...but this dealer has no integrity whatsoever!

We got the car home, drove the car for a day or two

We got the car home, drove the car for a day or two noticed all all the oil was on the garage floor. Blue stuff on oil pan, so they tried to fix had a leak, knew it was leaking. We Replaced oil pan, oil light still goes on for low pressure and 2 quarts oil missing, but no leak. They cleared the light and sold the car knowing there was a problem. Weave bought cars there before no issue, we wont go back.
