Highly disappointed when I got home

I drove quite a ways to this location to look at a van. This is a very small dealership. I traded in a van for another van. The van I traded in they gave me $2000 less than what Kelly Blue Book said the dealer trade in value would be. I was disappointed in this. The newer van had some pretty good dings inside the vehicle and outside of the vehicle. The manager would not take anything off of the listing price because of the dings since he already took off $400 for tires (which it needs new ones and will cost me over $400). They were able to get the payment where I needed it so I bought the van. When I drove off the lot there was very little gas in it...the gas light was even on. After a few days of having the van I noticed that the AC was not working. I took it to a mechanic and they gave me a list of things that was leaking in the van and things that needed fixed. Steevy (my sales rep) even told me that they check the vehicles over very well and don't send any out the door that is poorly inspected, like their sister Akron dealership does. Needless to say I now have a van with low miles, a payment I can afford, but a lot of things that need fixed that they were not upfront with. If you live close I would suggest to take the car you are interested in to another mechanic before you buy it. They did give me this 'option' when signing the papers but with me living so far way it was not possible to drive it home to my mechanic to get things checked out.

I was very nervous of the idea to buy from a car lot because of past experience. However, Tigran at the Brookpark location had a warm personality and made it very easy to open up to. This helped me and my wifes time pass very quickly. That was a huge help because if you've ever been to multiple dealerships you know it can take forever and sometimes your just a number to them. Not the case with Tigran, very helpful didn't try and push any thing just discussed our options. When I am able to trade in my second car I am going back. Good selection of cars, and what seemed like a competent staff. Thank you for the help

Lexus ES350 2014 wheel problems solved

Migel Ruvinov is a good sales manager to deal with, understood what I was looking for and was great to work with, ask for Miguel. I had a problem with a wheel noise and they sent me to Scott their service manager. Scott knew the problem was a bearing and even which one. He contacted Metro Lexus for a Warranty repair and they gave me an appointment. They said they didnt find anything and in general werent motivated to solve the problem. I relayed my experience to Scott and he said he would call them. Minutes later I got a call from a very apolgetic service manager, he had obviously been schooled perfectly and couldnt do enough to solve the problem. I got the royal Lexus treatment and the two bad bearings were replaced at no charge. Scott is the key man of a great service department. He knows how to deal with service managers around Cleveland and good man to have when you have a problem. Thanks Migel and Scott I really like my Lexus I got at a great price and Scott went the distance to solve a warranty problem.

Great car buying experience!

Great car buying experience. Tigran was an awesome salesman. Although my circumstances were very difficult he still made sure I was approved! I would recommend any and everyone to shop north coast auto mall. Very comfortable no pressure car buying experience.

Sean was great!

Sean was great! I didn't know what car I wanted until after test driving several. He was happy to let test drive as many as I needed. Found the car I wanted and he was very helpful through the whole process.

Outta state shopping is enough as is and Sean made the process hassle free. With constant contact and sending me everything I needed before picking my car
