I came to Irving motors to purchase a used car. I want to start by saying the quality of their used cars is terrible, they don't even care to fix the car and sell it without any issues, they only care about taking your money. The cars they have are priced way above of the market value despite being in bad conditions. This people are not honest and I frankly can't work with that, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a car here yesterday. The salesmen were friendly and made the transaction smooth and fast. Got a decent car at a fair price. Only problem I have is they disconnected the battery sometime before my test drive and shortly after I purchased the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I suspect they disconnected the power to reset the OBD so the light wouldn't be on during the test drive. It isn't a major issue that would have kept me from purchasing the car, but their honesty is questionable.

We did not purchase the car we looked at. There were very few that met out criteria. Alex was very friendly and i really liked that I had the freedom to talk with my daughter without the sales rep hanging around. When he was back with us for questions he was very helpful.

Happy with purchase and with the value I got for my trade.

Very expensive if you want to finance there,my suggestion is to do out right cash or just don't go there
