Its your typical used car dealership, in fact its worse than the typical. Prices are not anywhere near what the product is and the quality of repairs is the absolute worst. This would not be recommended.....

Worst Experience
Heads up! Its your worst experience ever! Its pretty obvious once you purchase that they will no longer be standing behind you and whats worse is that they will ignore you when things head south. What you want and need is a company there is there when you need them and one that stands behind what they sell-regardless what they say-its not this company.

Great, fast up front
When I had arrived I didn't have a car in mind. Within 10 minutes David and I had gone thru financial work and found a great car on the lot with in my price range. Every question I had he answered. Gave me the good and the bad. This is something I hadn't seen in a dealership before. Honesty. Thanks for all your help Irving motors.

The worst car dealer in town
This car lot and service is the worst car buying experience I ever had. From the beginning to end. I worked with a sales man named David. He tells me I was approved for 2000.00. I get there, and had to pay a taxi 60.00 to get there with plans on purchasing the vehicle. When I arrived they couldn't even locate the vehicle. He then tells me that I have to pay 4000.00 down after he already told me 2000.00 was approved by the manager. I asked why wasn't I made aware of this before I took a 40 minute trip to the lot. The managers response was because they wanted to get me into another vehicle that I wasn't interested in. I then asked for compensation for my trip and was denied. Do not go to this car lot it is a joke, bad business, go somewhere where there is A+ customer service and a better buying experience.

Great experience!
I bought a car from them and received great service from Jose and Maria Engler. I bought the car remotely from Washington state and they delivered it to a mechanic in San Antonio that I chose to get the car checked out. After I got a clean report from my mechanic, they bent over backwards to get all the paperwork I needed to get the car registered in Washington. My family member picked the car up a few days later. I will fly to Texas to pick it up and drive it back. The price on the car was fantastic and they even buffed out the minor scratches on the bumper. Class act. Thanks Jose and Maria!

2007 GMC YUKON
THANKS IRVING MOTORS Just purchased a YUKON, staff was very friendly. Never was there a pushy moment, or back and forth with the sales manager. Told them where I needed to be on my payments to make it work. They were very fair! Took the car back to have a minor repair a few days afterward. .... they fixed it, made my experience worth writing about.......highly recommend you look here when buying. They have good Financing!

2007 GMC YUKON
