Great , fast , friendly service. My appointment was at 10 am but I dropped my truck off the night before. They messaged me to let me know my oil change was done at 740am. Lightning fast!

Car Buying Review

No pressure, to the point and quick buying experience. When No was said, financing absolutely did not pressure, moved right along with buying process. Sales person listened to what we were looking for, went above and beyond when vehicle arrived to reach out to let us know one was available. The easiest, friendliest, quickest buying experience. 100% would go back!!

In my view everyone needs to stay away

I feel I was very deceived in a car I bought. I feel in my I was lied to. I was not sold what I thought I was getting. Then they text me and had a car that I wanted but of course it would cost more.

Horrible for Veterans or people with disabilities.

Went to buy a new vehicle on 7/30/2020. Having been in the automobile industry my entire life I am very particular with customer experience. Matt Lotspeich (Son of Boss) blew me out of the water. I was trying to get the details worked out on financing a new truck however the manager was belittling my plan. Please beware, I am a disabled and really try my best to operate in this world however there are people who are not disabled and have zero idea what its like to live with a disability. To poke fun and aggravate a sore spot in someones life is not the way to earn someones business.

Dealer response

Mr Gilliland, Thank you for your review. I am never one that would be happy to have someone take their business elsewhere except in rare situations. As someone that claims to have owned and operated a dealership and that is currently a business owner I hope you would appreciate that we would not find it acceptable to have a customer that is verbally abusive to my employees and staff. The profanity laced actions towards my dealership employees are not welcome here especially when small children are on our showroom floor feet away from you. I think people will be able to see from your review what our business was exposed to yesterday and understand why we are not interested in conducting business with individuals that act in such a fashion. As an employer and an owner of a business, I stand with my employees and with the customers of my business by not tolerating threats, profanity and the actions that I witnessed yesterday. We wish you the best of luck on the purchase of your next vehicle elsewhere. Sincerely, Matt Lotspeich

Dishonest

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in February 2020. While test driving the vehicle, I noted a few things that I wanted repaired before purchasing, one of which was a rattling that occurred during acceleration. They assured me they would fix the issues and on a subsequent test drive, the rattle was gone. They explained it was caused by a loose heat shield and stated they'd repaired it. It was only after purchasing the car and having an unrelated, major issue repaired just a few days later (see below) by a different mechanic, I learned Lotspeich had not repaired the heat shield, they completely removed it! They did not disclose the removal, a dishonest move that has left me with a car with a potentially dangerous condition and one that is costly to repair as it requires a complete replacement of the manifold. Four days after purchasing the car, it died while driving it. The torque converter was bad. Thankfully, the car purchase included a third party limited warranty and that part was covered. I called the dealership to see if they would fix it themselves. The dealership said “we would like to make this right,” but would not commit to covering parts and labor, nor would they explain what "making it right" meant in writing. They also told me that the warranty would not be in effect until 30 days after purchase. Having the details of the warranty right in front of me I knew this was not remotely true. As the dealership is located over an hour from where I live, I chose to use the warranty and take it to a shop with more experience repairing this model of car. The car sat at the shop for 10 days, without any work, because the warranty company needed to investigate why the dealership sold a car with such an obvious pre-existing issue that disabled it only four days after purchase. While ultimately the cost of the repair was covered, I wonder if Lotspeich knew of this issue and counted on the warranty company to pay for it after someone purchased the car. I am highly unsatisfied with this experience.
