Miguel Masferrer was our car dealer and he was very knowledgeable. Made the process seamless and all went smooth. He explained everything I was signing and overall was a great car shopping experience needless to say.

The salesman was professional and courteous and made the process seamless. The only trouble I had is when you need to get in contact with someone, I definitely felt like I was getting the runarounds. You have no direct connect to anyone. So after the vehicle is purchased its very hard getting in touch or a call back from someone. You are transferred several times before having to then leave a message.

The sales people were nice and welcoming, the place is clean. The sales man is honest and their very straightforward. It felt like a great experience.
