The office was very loud and everybody sits in the same area to do business. Very hard to communicate and ask questions. My sales person didn’t offer any information about the car whatsoever unless I asked questions. He often did not know the answers. They lowballed me on my trade-in although it was old it was $2000 less than anybody else would offer me and Noell to go Xiaoting on the new car I wanted to purchase. They had to give me a paper tag because DMV system was down which I understand, but kept my license plate it said they would overnight it to me with the new registration. When we got the car it wasn’t washed, no gas in the tank, and a lot of sales stickers all over the windshield and back window. Which they should have removed. When we finished filling out the paperwork they said thank you and we stood there for about 20 minutes looking for our car, waiting for our car, and had no idea until we asked somebody where is our car! Then we left and never looked back. Although we love the car it was a terrible experience

Jose Guilarte was great. We had a lot of questions which he was able to answer. A very nice mechanically sound VW Tiguan SEL is now in our parking space.
