Found two cars online and came in person to see them in person. Mathias assisted me and explained the HGreg process. It was a good experience coming by the dealer to see the two cars I had preselected.

I wish there was a -0 rating option on here but I purchased an X5 from HGreg in Miami 3 weeks ago and I've literally regret it since the first week. From the extremely longggggggggggggggg sales and financing process (almost 4 hours) to the client care services or lack there of. The vehicle had a few missing or broken parts like the AC vent guards and nobs along with the windshield guard strip. I've been getting the run around for days until finally I was contacted to take the vehicle over an hour away to have it 'looked at' so that they can order the right part and then take the vehicle back to get repaired once the parts get in. ‍Yep, super convenient Needless to say that its been an exhausting 3 weeks. Like many other people, I was also told by the manager and sales team that the vehicle had no accidents but my insurance company saw that there was structural damage to the vehicle on the history report I literally asked them about ANY accidents atleast 10 times throughout the process. It's truly disappointing that so many issues has occurred in such a short period of time. I should've stuck with my gut and go with a reputable dealership to purchase my vehicle.
