My overall experience at H Greg Auto Auction was phenomenal. My sales rep was Paulino Vazquez and he was excellent, he showed compassion and gave me the utmost respect during my visit. Even though we had a major issue he was able to resolve it and I was beyond satisfied. I love my 2008 Nissan Altima, it was particularly a brand new car, the car had absolutely no problems and drives and looks great. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and ask for Paulino.

TONY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE FOR ME AND WAS A PROFESSIONAL. THE GM WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WAS GABBY THE FINANCIAL MANAGER.... CHARLIE WAS GREAT AS WELL THEY ALL MADE THINGS AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. FOR A DEALERSHIP THAT IS SO BUSY THEY NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS PUTTING THEM OUT WITH WHATEVER MY REQUEST WAS...THE OPERATORS HANDLED EVERY CALL I MADE EFFICIENTLY AND WAS VERY PLEASANT. IT IS WORTH THE RIDE AND THE WAIT. MY HUMMER IS AWESOME WAS CLEAN AND EVERYTHING THEY REPRESENTED IT TO BE..IF YOU DO GO ASK FOR TONY THE INTERNET SALESMAN,AWESOME AND ON POINT!!!! H GREG ROCKS!!!! I was in search of a used car desperately and had visited many auto dealers. I went to small personal dealers and big dealerships like Hyundai and their service were horrible and would treat you bad if you had poor credit. I heard about HGREG from a friend and from the moment i stepped into the dealership i was greeted by many people and were very polite. My sales agent was Frank Chavez and I have to say honestly is the best sales agent i have ever encountered. He was very polite and very professional, but at the same time understanding and persuasive in helping me get the car I wanted and at the price that i could afford. But was also helped by Jesus the manager and Gabriela the finance agent. I was very impressed by the hard work and attention i received at HGREG and was shocked to see that there actually was a decent dealership left. I was so impressed i have already recommended many friends to purchase their next car with them all to go with Frank Chavez, and 2 of my friends have already gone. I am very happy with the car i purchased a Chrysler Sebring 2007 and will continue to purchase my vehicles at HGREG.
