the sales person insisted that the $795 protection plan is part of the car purchase and because we saw no other way to take the used car that we liked we paid it and regret not walking away but the reason for my review is because I finisbed speaking to eight people on the phone being transfered because noone from the phone number hgreg told me to call knew anything about the plan and did not know who hgreg was.it was to get a door panel that separated fixed by the protection plan, I spoke to 7 people from wesco insurance company that is supposed to be the protection plan provider and noone knew anything they also asked for a policy number which we did not get at the dealer and a receptionist at hgreg told me to guve the vin#. two of the claims specialists at wesco got some information from me to investigate if this is a scam and because after the seventh person i was transfered to they hung up amd then called hgreg and they transfered me to the doral location and rang until they hung up, the other reason I beleive this is a scam is that the sales person told us about some scratches amd a small dent that we should call the protection plan after a few months and have them repair it but dont say that we bought it like that, I beleive that if hgreg allows their employees encourage their customers to do some scamming of their own then they should investigate and reform their way of selling their cars. Im going to a small town upholstery shop after this to have it fixed at my own expense because cannot waste more time on trying to get help from a product that probably is made to deceive people on purpose

Very welcoming and helpful. Yanisley Hernandez was amazing and knowledgeable about the Tesla I purchased. Facilities are neat and tidy & everything was taken care of swiftly. I was in and out In no more than an hour and a half 100% recommend!

Had a really smooth experience. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and smooth. I don’t use “smooth” in the more stereotypical way that it would be expected with “salesmen”. He was smooth in that he knew what he was doing so that everything went smoothly. We did have to wait around for a bit. But I’m not taking off a star for that because I’ve been car shopping several times, and you ALWAYS have to wait around. We had to do that much less with this experience with Sean. The Honda Civic Sport was nice, clean, and sounded great. It was far and away the best one we saw available out of the 4 other comparable ones. (We went around to several different dealerships to do our due diligence and comparison shopping.) We started our day with Sean and ended it with him as well. Oh - H Greg also secures very competitive rates for financing vs other dealerships. That is also super important, since we did partial financing. I would go back.
