Upon entering Tyrone Thompson and Erick Baiza were really great and customer oriented but I drove over an hour in rush hour traffic just to hear the vehicle is not available and the person Stephanie Watson texted and called several times in regards to same vehicle and didn't have the courtesy to say the vehicle wasn't available and never replied to my messages after I came and reliased the vehicle was no longer available and reached out to her..no response...I deemed this very poor customer service.
