Craig johnson was very proffessional and took his time answering my questions... and the entire staff was friendly. my car is back to normal and i feel comfortable and confident recommending them if you are considering them for your next repair.

    Never get your vehicle serviced at Brunswick Liberty Ford! Our F150 was STOLEN off the lot. It was in for service (a repair on the modem which was acting... up and normally would allow us to locate our vehicle) and somehow the key was stolen out of the service key box INSIDE the dealership! In BROAD DAYLIGHT! They apparently have no cameras in the dealership. They didn't inform us of this or the police for almost 24 hours. In fact they lied to us about the whereabouts of our vehicle and then finally admitted it was gone. They actually had the nerve to tell us not to contact our insurance company! Our vehicle has our home address in the gps and a garage door opener. We have a kid at home and I'm now worried about also being a victim of home invasion. this is beyond stressful! We have spent all day making calls and filing out paperwork talking to insurance and lease agency and 2 different city police departments. DO NOT get your vehicle serviced at this location!

    Their team did a great job from start to finish. Being a woman, I had been a little nervous about being treated like I was knowledgeable but I hadn't... need to be.     Came in with no scrape in my car, left with a huge scrape on side of my car. I asked to see if there was surveillance that can maybe show me who did it.... They made me feel like I was trying to get money from them. General manager asked me if it happened at a Walmart parking lot, what would I do. Rude question.

    When I originally contacted Liberty Ford in Brunswick because I was interested in a new vehicle, they called, emailed and texted me to the point of harrassment....and... from the moment I signed the papers on my lease 5 weeks ago, no one will even reply to my simple questions. When the salesperson didn't respond initially, I began copying a general manager - still nothing. I don't live close enough to just drive there every time I need to speak to someone, and should I even have to do that? There were definitely "red flags" from the beginning, but I wanted the car badly enough to overlook them. Now, I'm sorry (really sorry) that I did and am apprehensive about having to deal with Liberty Ford Brunswick in the future. I hope I can go anywhere else for scheduled maintenance and for whatever happens at the end of the lease term. Based on this experience, I imagine that will be another ugly situation. I have never left a review for anything - good or bad - but at this point, I feel this is my only recourse and I'm going to leave a negative review on every possible site (including BBB), urging others to reconsider their choice of a Ford dealership. I'd like to think that there actually are some who sincerely believe in providing good service to their customers.

    I previously gave a five star review, because the sales manager told me too. But my experience was not a 5 star one. I give 3 stars only because my salesman... did his best being new. He was very nice. But there was a huge lack of communication and I was told things were included that in the end were not. I wasnt shown one feature about the car, it just felt like I was buying a candy bar and not a huge thing like a vehicle.
