Vicki is usually my contact in the Service Dept. She was out and Brad Bly did an excellent job in her absence. The service dept. and technicians here are great. I followed a lot of them from Parma Hts. when they moved and have always been happy with my service.

I was there for 4 hours for a routine oil change and tire
I was there for 4 hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The extra time was aircondition check I think that was a bit much.

I took my car up for a repair on Monday, June 16, 025
I took my car up for a repair on Monday, June 16, 025 because there was a light on my dash indicating trouble. I had an appointment and dropped it off at 10 am. They did not even look at it until 5 pm and told me I had to leave it overnight. I got it back the next and drove it less than 100 miles when the same light came back on. My bill for this repair was close to $750. That included a $200 diagnostic fee that did not go toward the repair of the vehicle. This is the first time I have gone to this dealership as I have purchased my last two cars and a truck from the Parma Heights Liberty Ford Dealership. I don't think that I really want to return to this place. I don't trust them at this point. And I feel that their prices are exorbitant. I asked about the cost of an oil change and was quoted $102. That is at least 30% higher than most other places. So I can imagine how much more it is costing me to use the dealership for any repairs. I believe what would be fair is for them to refund to me the cost of the diagnostic and I should go elsewhere for my repair. Either they did not know how to read the diagnostic and replaced the wrong part or were just sloppy. Either way, I can hardly be satisfied with their work.
