Keshia was our salesperson and she was wonderful.

Keshia was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She took time to understand what exactly I wanted in a new vehicle. Then she showed us the Legacy and Outback and different package/option levels. After a few test drives and side by side comparisons we decided the Legacy was the best fit for us. We then headed to the office for the numbers, I figured this would take forever and be a beating. I could have been for wrong. I had done lots of research on cargurus and other online sites for current pricing, average sales, rates, etc… Keshia had told us that the dealership/managers were making good deals. Within 10 mins of us walking into the office we had reached an agreed sales price. Then we had the pleasure of working with Patrick in finance. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything with the buying process and the financing rate/terms (this is my 10th vehicle to buy so definitely not new to the process, but it was nice to see that he took the time to go over every detail). We can’t recommend Brandon Tomes Subaru enough. This is our second new vehicle from them in a year and we will be repeat customers.

Based on my experience, Bandon Tomes Subaru is a small, high-volume dealership that can quickly meet or exceed customer demands. The sales and finance staff I dealt with were genuinely cordial and very responsive. Going into my purchase negotiations, I had a specific configuration and price point I wanted to achieve. The dealership went above and beyond to meet my demands and exceed my expectations. Bailey Reid and Patrick Varrassi ensured I ended my purchase with an exceptionally positive buying experience. I really appreciated Bailey's up-front candor during negotiations and Patrick's no pressure approach and use of electronic media for expediting the financial portion of the sale. It was far superior to the purchase experiences I have had in the past with Honda, Lexus and Mercedes. Bottom line, the staff at Brandon Tomes quickly facilitated a better deal with less hassle than other dealerships, including Subaru dealers, in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In the future if I am in the market for another Subaru I will very likely be a repeat customer.
