Being a female, auto related experiences can be really great or really bad. Unfortunately, this was the worst for me. I had high hopes based on reviews... I've seen. I had hoped they weren't going to try to take advantage of me being female or treat me differently for that same reason. LADIES - If you want to be treated inferior or not be listened to, this is your place. If you want to feel like your parenting responsibilities are a burden to their "sell," This is your place. If you want to be lied to, cheated and scammed by Finance, this is your place. Finance forces service and warranty packages in your loan, even if you don't want in your purchase. If that isn't enough, they will then guilt you for being honest on a survey. Manager, Jose Ayala, will even call you to tell you he's upset you left a honest survey and accuse you of conning them, after they offer free stuff to make up for their actions. Oh and beware of the salesman Jeff, who pretends he's Jose's manager. He's not and the real manager is, Zack Alia. Who admits he doesn't know what goes on up there. Again, I had high hopes that at least one manager there cared about my experience but Zack failed to follow through or even respond any further. I was supposed to love buying a brand new amazing car and they've turned it into me wishing I'd gone somewhere else. It's not Subaru's fault the dealerships do what they do.
We had a good experience working with Clay at Brandon Tomes Subaru! He listened to our needs, was honest with us and was customer service oriented. The... managers we met were also really nice and customer oriented. We got a GREAT deal on a used car through them, no haggling or fighting. It was priced competitively. There was a fee (about $1,000) on top of the normal, expected fees. Clay explained that fee was standard there for all used cars to prepare them for sale, do the maintenance, detailing and any repairs. Even with the unexpected fee the price of the car was still too good to pass up. Our experience with the finance advisor wasn’t bad but we did have to correct a few errors. The information loaded into the system wasn’t correct and it took a minute to sort out. But ultimately we left happy with our loan and payments. I would absolutely recommend Brandon Tomes Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would highly suggest asking for Clay if you would like a nice and honest experience!
Everyone from Brandon Tomes was very helpful and patient. From product specialist to sales director. Our product specialists were willing to work with... us for the price we wanted. When it came down to the final phase of the buying process, the financial manager and sales director gave us a fair APR on our loan term.
I don't normally like any car buying experience, however Sam Foret at Bob Tomes Suburu was very helpful, and he made our experience seamless. Purchased... a 2020 Outback. Thanks!
After purchasing a new Outback for cash, customer service ended. Registration was 2 MONTHS late and I was charged the late fees. Inquiries about my registration... were not responded to by phone or e-mail, only face to face. We will see how maintenance service goes.

I didn't just buy a car, I got a new family. Joe Rigali is awesome. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure, no... hurry up and buy, and no pushy salesperson. It was relaxed...more like visiting a friend. Even when I was indecisive, he gave me the information I needed and let me take my time. He was confident I would buy a car from him and I did.
