Good Buying Experience

I had a great car buying experience here, and a lot of it was due to the employees I worked with. Eddy was new to Berman Infiniti but I am very satisfied with the experience I had. I did not feel like he was over selling or pressuring me. He was knowledgeable and excited about the product he was selling and really made it an easy process. I felt like the entire staff was willing to work with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted.

Great dealership

3 hour oil and filter change

I came in for a quick oil and filter change which usually takes 1.5-2 hours. I waited for my car at the service center after coming off a 12 hour night shift. I waited and waited , watching as the same group of people that I had came in with had all left. So finally I decided to find out the status of my car. I went to find my car had been sitting there and my advisor (Jermaine) nowhere to be found. I asked a random advisor (Nick) about my car and why I was not notified that my service was completed . Nick stated that Jermaine had left for the day. The day had just started !!! I came in at my scheduled appointment time of 8am and it is close to 11am ! I was furious that my advisor had left for the day and no one was endorsed that my car was completed and had been sitting there for an extra hour. Nick was apologetic for the extensive wait time. Nick quickly checked me out. This will be the last time I get my car serviced here.

Awesome, very professional staff

Again the the staff was very professional and explained every detail. I did not have to wait long. The waitng area was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was polite and also professional.

Excellent Service

Car buying can be tough, but Addy made it very easy. He was friendly, honest, helpful and very professional. He explained the entire trade in process and made a fair deal. Wonderful experience working with him.
