RUN AWAY FAST
Called for information on a Jeep and Eric was not just rude but was your typical used car salesman. He actually expected me to drive 4 hours to see a Carfax. Too shady -- run away FAST

RUN AWAY
This place is scamming people. I purchased a car from here 3 YEARS AGO. And I went to renew my registration at my local dmv and the dmv explained to me that this company put a hold on my registration renewal because of outstanding fees at the dealership. So I called the dealership and they said I had to pay them an extra $100 to get the block removed because I didn't pay them for registration. When I explained to them that the tag title and registration was handled at the DMV so I shouldn't owe them money for registration. And even if I did owe them money then that would have been included on the total the day I bought the car. They refused to provide me with any documentation or proof that I owe them this money. Before they hung up on me the said don't call back here again if you aren't ready to pay. Then of course I pay them and then coincidentally I get a fraudulent charge on my card 2 days later. This place will scam you and sell you a broken car that's bug infested. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

STAY AWAY
This place is horrible. I am not sure how they have more than one location. They have to be predators that pray on the needs of others that our down on their luck and have no other options. When I called this morning I got one price and had 80 percent of the cost of the car for a down-payment. The salesperson acted like he could not help me because my credit is challenged. So after I hung up with him I called back and got a person acting as if he was a Manger. He seemed to be willing to help. Yeah right. He told me he would look into the matter and get back to me. Do think that happened of course not. He never called back . Then I called thinking as a former GM of a dealership he got busy. When I called back the 3rd time the lady that answered said Ashley would call me back. No call back just a text.. Here is how that went. "Hello Mike, it’s Ashley from Motor car concepts regarding your inquiry for a 2005 Ford mustang. I’m looking for a down payment of $3000 . Let me know if that would work for you. " My responses Please call me. Then my next text Wow second one of you have failed. My 3rd and final text to Ashley I am going to reach out to the management team. They should know what kind of sales team they have. This is poor. Do you think that received a response. Come on you know it didn't. So my last call to this poorly managed dealership went like this. The man that answered said he was the manager and I asked him if he remembered me and the issues I spoke to him about earlier. He said that they had 2 managers at that location and I must have spoken to the other one. I proceeded to explain what was going on. He said oh yeah I was the one you spoke to. That was a lie. He couldn't remember any of the details I spoke to the supposed Manger earlier about . He jacked the price up almost double. I was finished at this point. Yeah I should have gave up earlier. Please do not get in bed with these people. I imagine if they treat people like this,then I can bet you they don't stand by their products. BUYER BEWARE.

my credit was very low (below 500) so i didnt think i would even be approved.. with my income and down payment they really made it happen for me and i couldnt be any happier! They helped me get my credit in the 600s and now im planning on upgrading soon ! thanks so much guys :)

Thieves
do not go to this place, everyone there are thieves they never tell you the price of the vehicle until the end after they receive the down payment that is not returned even if you do not buy the vehicle, they asked me $ 1,000 when I gave it to them they told me it was not enough And they asked me for more when I said no, that I wanted my money back, they told me they are not thieves

Worst car lot in the world
I paid 2500 down payment for a 2008 Lexus 30 days later the car broke down they made me pay for parts and repair at there mechanic shop 2 weeks later car broke down again for the same reason I paid Carlos for at the Apopka shop so I had to repay someone else to fix it come to find out he never change the water pump or Thermostat so of course Carlos made up some bs now the car been broke for over a month Eddie keep telling me he’s going to help me hardly can get him on the phone these people are nasty people they don’t care about nothing but lying and stealing

A causa del covi 19 pierdo mi trabajo tengo una deuda con ellos de 12 dólares me envían un resivo de 14 dólares cuando el auto todavía ni lo an enviado a la subasta se supone q al estar en la subasta yo tenga q pagar la diferencia otra cosa parece q no ven noticias o no ven el mundo a su alrededor

Piece of xxxx car company
Brought a car from motor car concept that was roach infested and now they are all in my daughter's bed all over the house . I called and spoke with the GM and he said you brought it that way and hung up on me.this is a piece of xxxx company running scams Please do not trust this company
