BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

Bought a vehicle, had brake issues and a/c I was told they would repair, I had oil change done everything original from Lincoln, after oil change motor started knocking, i then took the car back to dealer for my brakes and ac service and told them that to check the motor that it was knocking. I left the truck after a week later I called to see if my truck was done they said they will call me back never received a call, I called back and asked they told me to come get my truck so I did go pick it up when I arrived at the dealer they told me motor knocking is normal which was b/s, my brakes where never done I told him what happen to my brakes he said my mechanic does not do brakes. (WHATS MECHANIC DOESNT DO BRAKES THAT SHOWS WHAT KIND OF BUISNESS THIS IS) I then told him I wanted my brakes done he said ok I’ll take it to another shop, 3 days later I called to find out if my truck was done he said yes it was done, I go pick up my truck new brake pads installed no rotors cut brakes needed up same way it was. I then took the truck to a repair shop where I was quoted 4600.00 for repairs to engine and all brakes took the estimate to dealer and left vehicle the fiancé manager laughed in my face I told him you don’t trust the estimate I can take it across the street to the lincoln dealer. He said no it’s ok what is it you want, either my money back or trade for another vehicle, he told me I will talk to the owner. After talking to owner they did not want to give me another vehicle wanted more money down didn’t want to work with me. So I went further up and I am hiring an attorney i complaint to the state and dept of motor vehicle they are scammers be careful he was fined 25,000 for selling a vehicle that he didn’t have a title for and keeps doing scams to people and won’t give money back.

Motor car concepts

Very satisfied customer. Giovan did his best in helping us with the selection of our vehicle. Staff very helpful, made us feel at home and like family. Horrible place!!!!!!!

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Horrible customer service, the supposed sales manager Leo or Neo is disrespectful. Horrible cars. Go else where with your money. But PAUL IS NICE AND DESERVE TO RUN THE DEALER, excellent customer service for him!

Bad experience. Just keep wasting my time.

They act like they don't speak English when I'm around now. They fired my salesperson and the person who was supposed to order my side mirrors. It took two months to do my registration, and now want more money two months later when everything was supposed to be included in the money I put down. When I call, they keep telling me to call back later with no intent of answering my questions. When I ask why it takes a week to find out if my mirrors are in, I get told, "I'm busy." My mirrors came in (after two months of waiting.) They tell me to come in the next day, but when I go they have no one to put them on!!!! Wasting my time and gas with no respect for me as a person let alone a customer.
