I bought a manual transmission 2015 Subaru WRX on the 27th of July and the car seemed to be in great shape and even scored a 92 AutoCheck. On the 25th, just two days later. I had notified the manager Kevin, that the clutch was starting to slip but I was reassured that it would be replaced at no charge since I had just bought the car. Alright awesome! Only that a day later the clutch burnt on the highway causing me to get the car towed back to the dealer when I was supposed to be at a funeral. I spent about 4 hours at the dealership only to be told that there was $1500 worth of damage done to the clutch and that I was expected to pay half. I told them I'd review my options since I now had to worry about transportation expenses that they could not alleviate even when work is so difficult at this time because of the COVID pandemic. I left the dealership disappointed in hopes that I'd get a call back soon with a solution. I patiently awaited their call but to no avail. This was starting to frustrate me so I decided to call on the 1st of August just to be informed that they haven't even checked the car. On top of this, I made another call the following Monday to receive some good news but was informed that they were now looking at $2000 worth of damage and was still expecting me to pay $800 even with my current hardships. I told them that now I wanted to review my legal options since the fees were starting to stack up even with communication being so grim. They immediately responded to this saying to not worry and that now I would only pay $600. I responded that I'd think about it and would like to pick up my insurance documentation I had left in the vehicle along with my contract for my attorney. When I arrived and grabbed my documents from the glovebox, all the documents I needed were gone! Turns out that it was the manager's day off and I'd have to wait another day to receive all my documents again. I am currently still talking to an attorney and hoping to take action so something like this won't happen to anyone else again.

Bought a car here and engine light was blocked by a black glue. Car did not pass smog on second year of registration. Bring diagnostic chip before buying.

Do not buy from Car Search USA. If you do you will be the one writing a similar review to this one next. There is no way the reviews are real on here, there is just NO WAY. Car Search USA will misrepresent, deceive, manipulate, change your final contract to something that was not agreed to and lie their way to selling you a toilet bowl with wheels, that is not hyperbole. You will get nothing but a garbage vehicle. This has been my experience with them as they did not fix anything, they just stopped things from rattling, sabotaged dashboard lights and even change your good tires to crap ones when you pick up. This happened to me as I checked the tire before purchasing and thought nothing of it when I picked up. Who checks again? Well, I should have. I am now buying new tires and have a list of things I am fixing that they were supposed to. Buyer beware with Car search USA. If you want to buy a lemon garbage car then Car Search USA is the perfect place for you.

Dealer's representative answered my 2nd call in reference to the car that interested me. He had no knowledge of the car. When asked wether the very low mileage was original, he hedged and responded that perhaps the engine had been rebuilt and he needed to talk to the owner (the dealer) to get answers. When I requested to speak to the person directly, he responded that he does not talk to clients. In addition, the car could only be seen by appointment and asked me for my phone number. My initial call was not followed up after the sales person told me that he could not speak to me because he was dealing with a customer.

They are very nice people quick process and if there's any critic I have it would be there repairs yes they make sure the car runs and all but it's just little things here and their that should've been fixed but it's no big deal
