Spoke with Antonio over the phone on 7/15/13, re: 1998 Toyota Landcruiser availability. He told me it sold yesterday, on Sunday 7/14. He was pleasant, and his information about this SUV being sold, saved me a long driving trip to their dealership.

I got bmw 2004 from them, was able to negotiate price a bit, car had couple of minor and one major problem which took me around 2-3 month to find+fix and +20% of the car's price in additional repairs. however i may try them again :) test drive and inspect a car carefully (!) had no xxxxxxwith obtaining registration + plates.

Best Servive Ever
I have been researching for about 6 months and had a list of cars to look at. This was my first choice and I didn't have to go anywhere else. Very nice atmosphere I have recommended them to friends and family. I did purchase a BMW 650cic. No pressure. It was very nice experience. Sabrina G.

2004 Mercedes E320 & 2000 GMC Yukon Denali
These guys went out of their way to make this a truly very special day for my wife and I. I surprised my wife with a Mercedes E320 because she just found out she will become an American citizen. We filmed her finding out and picking up her Mercedes. Worst customer service ever
I found a car online and when I got there I was looking for it no one came out I went inside to the office the guy inside was rude he said the salesman is outside so there I go outside he was on a call he saw me didn't care I was waiting very unprofessional I asked him for the car I saw then he said yes he brought the Keyes from a different car I said no its not this one another customer showed up he walked away from me and went to help him rude very rude don't recommend it at all you have to be comfortable and trust no way not there

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!!!!
Bo was my sales person for my bmw it was great working with him he had the car ready to look at since i had called him to set up an appt. 30mins before arriving got right into business since it was a cash buy everything was quick and easy, loved working with his team thank you for everything car search usa!

Comical
None of the cars which were advertised online were at the lot. I asked what price a car was and 5 minutes later I asked again, the guy obviously forgot I'd asked and gave me a different price. To top things off I asked if any cars came with a warranty, he proceeded to tell me that in California (I am from out of town) that it's illegal for a used car here to have any warranty. What a joke! AVOID.

Don't do it!
These guys have to be the most unprofessional people in the world. Just give them a call and you'll find out. They are rude, they know nothing about their cars for sale, and their main purpose is to get you to stop by the dealership, only to sell you a different car. Don't believe their listings; they might not even have those particular cars for sale.
