Purchased a vehicle form Teryl.
Purchased a vehicle form Teryl....Since it was an " AS IS " and was going to be shipped to Ct I needed to be sure that all was good. Since it delivery it is not able to be driven...1 week. We are up to $2000 in repairs. Things they said were in working condition are not. My mechanic found mold in the cooling system. Teryl said the car was all checked out and yet the Tension Pulley bearings were so bad the entire belt was wobbling and making so much noise. The lift gate latch was broken so we could not open the hatch. Front brake system has to be completely replaced. AC not working at all....when I was told it did. I was responded back on a moments notice right up until it was delivered....then Crickets. STAY AWAY...they have no honor, no sense of what is right

I give them 1 star for there new building.
I give them 1 star for there new building. Chris Bruce was our sales person. We found a car we liked and proceeded in test driving it. Came back and set down to have some numbers done. I suggested that I could be the cosigner since I knew I had a better credit score. I checked several of time with Chris to make sure that we were both on the same page on me being the COSIGNER and he said yes. He comes back and present a bill of sale. Everything was fine until I find myself being the Primary buyer and not the Cosigner as I had requested. I brought it up to his attention and he assured me that I was the cosigner. After I asked for him to verify, he brings someone out to explain to me why they put me as the Primary buyer. I want people to understand that this was done WITHOUT my consent. After we went back and forth on this particular car and seeing how else we can get it without me being on the loan, my boyfriend goes with his dad to the bank directly to get a loan and is approved. My boyfriend then gets a call from Chris saying that it has been flagged as an illegal purchase and Chris sent the paperwork through without us finalizing anything. Tried calling Chris to see why he did that without anything being finalized by us and to see how it is illegal. I asked to speak to a manager and he got upset, said he would have his manager call me and hung up the phone. He then text me to say that they can not talk to me as I am not on the loan, funny as I have been on this process from the beginning. Ms. Jennifer (his manager) then calls me and we speak about the issue. She say that it is illegal and that no matter what, it was going to get flagged and that they did everything they can do to help us. We called the bank and it turns out that the dealership was the one who reported it as an illegal purchase not the bank. Crazy! Cant help but wonder if it was because of our ethnicity! Never the less we will be pleased to take our money somewhere else!

Buyer Beware - Impex Don't Care!
⭐️ I wish there were a way to give Impex Auto negative stars! After dropping 50k+ on a car, you'd expect at least a tire to be in working order. But no, I got slapped with a faulty one. Their "solution"? Dragging their feet for a torturous month, then audaciously suggesting we split the cost of THEIR mistake. It's a shameless display of unprofessionalism and sheer disregard for customers. A warning to all: dive deep into their shiny facade, and you'll find nothing but empty promises and disappointments. Think twice, no, thrice before dealing with this charlatan establishment! ⚠️

they delivered to me the wrong Toyota Prius
Dear Bilal Hamze This past week is a blur at this point, yet I came to you for business and to purchase a car at Impex. On Saturday I put 2500 down on a blue-silver 2012 Toyota Prius. On Monday a silver-blue 2007 was delivered to my address. They put the papers up on the bumper and had me sign for it in a rush. I did not recognize that it was not the 2012 Prius that they had texted me about until State Farm Insurance informed me today that it was a 2007. When I got in after they left the car, the dash would not function, the lights were out so one could not determine speed nor fuel, etc. I had to drive it from Winston Salem back to Greensboro in this situation. They took 6 hours to repair a fuse. Jennifer blurted out "You bought it 'as is'. Chuck took notes on the phone and gave them to his manager, Jennifer. When I reached out to them, Sales Manager Jennifer would not get on the phone nor call me back. Nobody reassured me that it would be fixed. Nobody reassured me that the correct vehicle would be delivered to me.

I told him I was going to keep looking elsewhere. The next morning he asked me what I was trying to accomplish on my trade in. I told him I needed more than what they offered and i was still interested in the car. He came back with 18k for my trade in if we could secure the deal that day. I told him I was ready to move forward. I sent him the documents needed and asked him if he thought we could get this done by Friday. He replied by asking if I was financing with them. I said no I would be paying cash. Almost 3 hours went by and I didn't hear anything else from him. I called the number he had been texting me from. It didn't even ring. A cryptic voice came on that I couldn't understand. So I called the 800 number for impex, opted for the operator it just rang with no answer, I opted for the finance,rang with no answer,same for the service dept. Not even a voice-mail. It was still business hours. I started reading the reviews on this place. The bad reviews are pretty bad. I won't be doing business with them.

My mother purchased a vehicle from IMPEX last year and the transmission has already gone out in it! She was told to bring the car back there and they would trade it out for her and help her in getting something else. She had to get it towed there! Once she got there she was told something completely different. I spoke with a man that sold her car Sonny! He was very rude, non-caring, and refused to help out at all. He actually hung up the phone when I was trying to speak with him regarding assisting my mother! my mother is on a fixed income and do you think he cared? Absolutely not! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I asked to speak to the owner. He tells me the owner is out of the country and can’t be reached. How convenient. And I would hope the owner is a better businessman and needs to watch more closely who he hires. So not only does she have to get somebody to tow it up there now she has to get somebody to tow it back home after they told her to bring it back, no mention of compensation for telling her to come up there! I asked to speak to the manager and of course he’s off today. How convenient but I will be returning the car tomorrow.

Good prices to check out...very low on on warranty than many other companies..I really like the overall services that they gave me..I hope they stand for there name. We Will See...
