Because of Mario the process ran smoothly.. Even days later when we called, he made himself available for us. If you ever purchase a car from Impex, I suggest you ask for Mario!

Mario Enoch Was my sisters salesman, he was so kind and helpful even going through the troubles of seeing that my sisters wants were met with the car she wanted, my sister left way more happy then she expected as well with a car she loves!!

Found the truck on CarGuru out of state and it took about a week from initial inquiry to truck delivery. FedEx took 4 days to delivery my overnight parcel though. So, avoid dropping papers off on a Friday and everything will be quicker.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH ONLINE SALES!!!!!! Purchased a 2023 4runner SR5 from Impex Auto Sales online. Purchasing through them online was a big mistake. For starters, the images on the website did not match the condition of the vehicle. I specifically asked the salesman (Sam) if the vehicle was damaged and was told that there was absolutely no damage. WRONG, the front windshield was cracked on arrival and needed to be completely replaced, the paint was chipped in multiple places and just painted over, and one of alloy rims had a huge chunk missing. I also asked for a video so they just rinsed the car to hide all of the exterior damage. I was also guaranteed a white glove detailing which was not completed. The car arrived as if it had been sitting in a lot for months. Please do not make my mistake and purchase a vehicle from them without first inspecting it yourself. This was my mistake but they should not be selling vehicles online with the option for home delivery if they lie about the condition of the vehicle. If I was told upfront about the damage I would have opted for another vehicle.

They are a joke they're only out for themselves they will promise you anything and bold face lie to you. If it wasn't for my husband going out there to check on them for fixing my Grand Jeep Cherokee they would have never done anything. They were only asked to fix a chip on the windshield and detail the vehicle which they promised that they would since we got it from them and they never detailed it. It was the last request and they promised they would and they lied. Don't waste your time with them they are a joke. They also gave me a vehicle with high high mileage when we gave them our vehicle that only had no more than 64,000 miles on it please do not waste your time on them will not go back to them.

Very responsive and made buying online easy. Didnt have to go sit at the dealership for hours while they researched my life history. Did paperwork remote and truck was delivered to my house.

I had a great experience with this company despite a lot of negative reviews I read on other sites. The salesman, Rick that helped me was patient, kind, and respectful. He wasn't pushy or rude at any time during the process, unlike another dealership I had dealt with recently. All staff was friendly and professionally dressed. I was impressed with the dealership itself- it had a cafeteria in it! And the food was great! Was very clean and spacious. I was offered a fair deal on trading my car in and I feel like the pricing I paid for my 2021 Nissan Rogue was fair as well. They have a lot of vehilces to choose from, which was nice. My only critism is they did a horrible job washing and detailing the vehilce I bought. The inside looked great though, but the outside and doorframes had lots of streaks and didn't look good. Even though I requested it to be washed again. The other thing was there was a stray dog running the property. Though he was friendly, he jumped on my 3 year old and wrapped his paws around her neck. Luckily no injuries, a little bump on the head and mostly just scared. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I was searching on CarsGuru for a new care and to trade in my old car and I received a call from Impex Auto. They gave me a decent trade in value for my car, but I thought it was worth more :(. However, I found a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport- L on there website that I really liked. I live in Birmingham and I was hesitant about purchasing I car I had never seen, but my sales person Bryan reassured me it was a good purchase. He also sent me the car faxes to that car and other cars that I was interested in. I thought the process would be hard living out of state, but everything was literally done via text, then email, and I did speak to Bryan a few times over the phone. He was very easy to reach and if he didn't pick up the phone, he would call me back as soon as he could. Once I decided to purchase the car, he connected me to the finance manager Victor who was wonderful as well and basically walked me through finalizing the deal. My car was shipped from NC to Birmingham and I thought that process would take long, but it didn't. I paid my downpayment on June 5 and they shipped me paperwork to sign on Thursday. I got the paper work and signed and sent it back to them on Friday. They received it on Monday and I got a call saying my car was being shipped. I got It last night which is Tuesday 6/11. It was a very easy process and I wont hesitate to make a purchase from them again. Oh by the way, my car looks great and rides great so far!!
