We drove over 3 hours to test drive an Audi that we had called about a couple days prior. When we get there, the vehicle is in the shop. It was a Sunday so we were unable to drive or even see it. We were told we would get a call the following day with the information as to why the car was in the service shop. We personally had to follow up since we didn’t receive a call in a timely manner as we were told. We were given a list of the issues with the car and advised it would be fixed. We continued to make our deal over the phone with a car we hadn’t seen or test drove. We trusted all would be fixed because we trusted what we were being told. We really wanted the vehicle since this particular one was very sentimental to us. The following week, we were told the car was ready and they offered to deliver for free for our trouble coming there and unable to test drive or see it. One issue we were told was regarding “cosmetic” part of the convertible top. Yet when we clarified, the question was pretty much scooted over. Excited to have our car, finally, we were highly disappointed when it arrived and we test drove it. The convertible top did not work!!!!!! The car was in worse shape than it appeared in photos and was very dirty. So surprised as you read on Impex car postings that they promote their vehicles are “ carefully inspected and reconditioned by our service team. Impex Auto Sales offers…..an exclusive 100+ Point Vehicle Inspection” There is no way this was done or all of the issues would have been dealt with prior to wasting our time. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Actually the worst I have ever experienced. Out of state buyer here and it was a nightmare. We had to request our deposit back. The truck we wanted was junk. It wasn’t even drivable. Kept ordering parts and we had to repeatedly contact them for updates. Never again.

I was look for an Audi but they didn't have the model I wanted so my Salesmen Teryl showed me a few other Mercedes Benz I feel in love with! By far he never gave up on me even after multiple test drives!!! I highly recommend Impex and if you can you better ask for Teryl he is hands down the best car Salesmen I've ever dealt with!! To the beginning to the end!
