Chris Savastano always gives me great customer service and is very knowledgeable in what services my vehicle needs. The service experience is always great and everyone is always friendly. I appreciate that I have found a service department that is filled with professional advisors like Chris Savastano and the management is top notch as well. Thank you Royal!!!!😇

Worst service I have experienced in my 75 years.

Worst service I have experienced in my 75 years. First took my new 2024 GMC Canyon in to replace a cracked speaker & saggy visor. They didn’t have the parts and had to order them. After 3 months I called and they said the speaker wasn’t in yet. After 4 months I stopped in and had a new service person, Chris. He said the original speaker they ordered wasn’t even a good part # and had to reorder the correct one. I asked about the visor part and he said they sent it back because it wasn’t installed. Not one time in 4 months did they ever contact me. I went to Royal again to look at the Alexa that didn’t work and we spent almost two hours trying to get it fixed, but couldn’t. The guy said someone from the Tech department would contact me. They left me an email on how to get it to work. Did not work. It is now almost 10 weeks since I took the vehicle for other warranty work and still don’t have my Canyon. During these 10 they haven’t contacted me to tell me what is going on. I have to call them and it is almost impossible to talk to anyone. You have to leave a voice mail or text. About 2 weeks ago that brought it to my house and said it was fixed. The radio didn’t turn off when the motor was off and you exited the vehicle. I told them to fix the problem. I’ve called 4 times in the last week and have yet to have a return call on status of my vehicle. DO NOT USE ROYAL!! Also, my friend took his new GMC Sierra for warranty work and they dented the vehicle and didn’t tell him. Luckily he saw it and pursued it and they finally admitted to it. I would rate them a ZERO, but you have to check something to continue.

Quality of service is very poor.

Quality of service is very poor. Actually, the attitude is I don't give a crap. Bought 5 vehicles from you guys. NOT ANY MORE. Paulin, Mackey, and now Royal. We are done.

The absolute best of the best service experience I have

The absolute best of the best service experience I have ever recieved. Ryan and Brian are the most exceptional consultants. I had no appointment and they gladly helped me because I was going on a trip the following week. This dealership will never, under any circumstances lose my business! I will always buy from Royal, they take excellent care of their customers!!! 😊

I purchased a used vehicle that needed four repairs but

I purchased a used vehicle that needed four repairs but GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. Scott acted quickly to address the matter and put us into a much nicer and safer vehicle with no issues. He is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with!

I picked up a new Escalade which I ordered with the support of Chance Lamey, one of Royal Caddilac’s sales consultant. Throughout the process beginning with placing the order through the completion of all necessary paperwork and payment Chance demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a calm and cordial interface and an outstanding knowledge of the vehicle as well as the processes involved in ordering the vehicle and a high degree of proficiency with the various computer interfaces necessary to execute the ordering and purchase. He answered any and all questions demonstrating excellent knowledge regarding any and all aspects of vehicle options and processes and procedures. He carefully and energetically made the process move along thoroughly and with a demonstrated focus on valuing my time while not rushing. I could not be more pleased nor satisfied with Chance and of course the new vehicle. Chance took the initiative to request vehicle information and photos to expedite the vehicle evaluation process prior to my arrival at Royal. He also carefully explained the various warranty options being offered with out and undue pressure but with thoroughness. All in all, a great experience by a very capable and talented young professional.

Great service by Beth Chris and Susan

Beth Chris and Susan helped me out extensively today, I brought my vehicle in not realizing I was a week early for the oil change and I really messed up but they with the big smile on their face took me in got more oil changed and sent me down the road! Thank you Royal Buick great job!
