Bought a car off of them a year ago. Jumped through the hoops, while the guy selling me the car is putting the plates on my Volvo 4.5 (they advertised it as an 04 because the 2004.5 volvo s40 T5 is pretty complicated to get parts for unless you go to a dealership for service) he informs me not to dodge my payments. I ignore his ignorance, I proceed with my newly purchased car. 3 days later my serpentine belt snaps disabling my car dangerously in the big dig tunnel of Boston with no shoulder to pull over onto. They have the xxxxx to blame it on the way I drove the car in the 3 days I had drove the car. This place treated me unfair, I work so hard, I never miss a payment. I've had multiple fixes that mechanics have labeled as "irresponsible negligence" in the resale of my vehicle to me from this establishment.

You bought this Volvo a year ago. I'm wondering why I haven't received a single phone call from you (except a call I'll explain later in this reply) in regards to any issues and I don't understand why you felt the need to give us a bad review 1 year later. About the car being 2004.5 we advertised it according to the VIN Decoder and we aren't even able to change a vehicle?s year. Our website is very detailed with over 30 pictures plus carfax reports on every vehicle. The sales person was right in informing you not to "dodge" your payments; that's good advice for anyone who wishes to keep a good reputation and credit. Our records show that you did have an issue with a belt that only costs $70 to fix and we fixed it at no charge to you. I really don't see how we treated you unfairly because the only call we ever got from you was about the belt and we fixed it. Fianance as advertised!!
I was on the market for new vehicle and i found fafama cars on cars.com web site. i visited their web site with was one the easier web site to navigate as well really comparable prices from other in 100 miles ratio i was searching from. Sunday i sent a email regards the Volkswagen GTI they have for sale and Cris did follow up with me Monday, i did make the appointment to go see the car Thursday and once i got there i was impressed with the area and size used car dealer and the inventory. I meet up with Fabio with i had no idea he was the owner and he introduced me to Bruno (sales), the GTI i was interested was inside the showroom and they didn't even hesitate in put the car out side so i could take the car for test drive. Car was really clean and smooth ride better the others one i have see you there. I explain to Bruno my credit issue and no problem i got approved for the vehicle and week later i was on the road also i got 6 months warranty with the car with to me its great peace mind. Fabio was really professional as well junior when i need them had little issue with the car moth later after i bought the car and they fixed with no problem And the part was surprise me the most was Fabio the owner called me couple days later just to check to see if i was happy with the service.. i mean come on i never see a dealership owner call a customer to follow up with them usual they have their employees do that type job... I want to express my sincely thanks to Fafama Auto Sales team and you will definitively will always have a customer... Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Great Experience
I researched for a long time before choosing Fafama as the place I would buy my "new" used car. They were great from beginning to end. Open and honest every step of the way. The salesmen were friendly but not pushy and they really helped me get a great used car. I love my car and have been reccommending Fafama to all of my friends and family. They have definitely made a customer for life!!

2nd car purchased from them
I am in the works to purchase a second car from these guys. They are great. Very nice and easy to deal with. Bought my first ford explorer from them and had emmissions issues and a wheel barring to be fixed. They adressed all my issues without any hassel. I have put over 70K miles on that truck and have had no issues except typical(brakes,wheel barring,) but thats to be expected during 70K of use. I am now purchasing my second truck from them and it once again has been a breaze. I would definatly recomed these guys to anyone!

Wonderful Experience
I spent four months looking for a vehicle. I saw what I was looking for on Cars.com and contacted Fafama late on a Friday night to set up a test drive. I was contacted first thing on Saturday morning, and within a week of that test drive I left the lot with the car I'd been looking for! Bruno was professional and completely up front during the entire process. I was so happy with my experience, I plan on bringing my daughter there for her first car and my boyfriend will be going there to replace his vehicle when it's time.

wont go back
Deals and offers are great. But you might just be getting what you paid for. I took out a car on Friday and by Tuesday it was back to the shop for repairs. It failed inspection, my check engine light came on , O2 sensor went and my lever to open my gas tank door was rusted out and didn't work. Like really how was I going to fill up?

Correct, the vehicle did come back to have some stuff done. Please don't forget to mention that we took your car in without an appointment, got everything you claimed the car failed inspection on without even requiring you the failed inspection print out. In essence, we sold you a car, the car came up with some minor issues which we addressed immediately and now there aren't any problems. Although I am confused as to why we deserve a "won't go back" after giving you a 5-star customer service, I do thank you for your feedback. As we always say, if there are any more issues, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to address it.
Professional and Flexible
I bought a 2003 Pontiac Vibe from Bruno at Fafama motors in August and was completely satisfied with the whole process. Bruno went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and let me have the car inspected by my mechanic even though it was an hour away. Bruno was honest and fair in every detail of the transaction. I will return to Bruno and Fafama Motors when I need another car.
