Dennis Sneed Ford

My husband and I had a great experience at Sneed Ford. Claudia helped us find the perfect car and was able to explain everything to us in detail. We didn't feel the normal pressure you get at some dealers. We also got a great deal.

Anthony was wonderful to work with during my purchase of a used car at Sneed Ford. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. And while I was overwhelmed with the whole process, his sense of humor and easy going mature made it so much easier than I had dealt with in the past. Dave came a picked me up at airport. We walked through the SUV. He arranged service to prep for pickup. Dave was true to word with looks of SUV and found even the little things. I would buy another used car again from this Ford dealer.

We had purchased a car from Dennis Sneed Ford last year and didn't have a great experience but decided to give them a secure and chance since that employee was not there anymore. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and extremely helpful. Claudia was great even though she had a problem customer show up while working with us. The only issue I have is that the cars barely have any gas in them when you purchase them and they don't want to put any gas in it for you. $30 in gas when you spend almost $30000 shouldn't be a big deal. Other than that Dennis Sneed Ford is a great dealership.

After a lot of online searching for a reasonably priced vehicle, I came across sneed ford. Their prices are pretty amazing! I sent an inquiry on a used F150. Rich took the time to contact me on his day off and answer questions and we came to an agreement the next day. I flew in from Colorado and they paid for my taxi to the dealership, which I thought was pretty generous! They worked with me on financing and I drove away very happy! We felt they were trying very hard to find d us the vehicle we wanted. They were not pushy, but worked diligently to help us. They had an extensive lot of used Explorers, which is why we went there to look.

Staff is always friendly. Dennis Sneed Ford always takes good care of me. I will be back and plan on purchasing another Sneed vehicle in the near future.
