I had a telephone agreement to buy a pick up and this salesman sold it out from under me without even calling me first. I am of the age that a gentleman‘s agreement is honored. I guess they don’t believe in that at this dealership. I will not be trying to do business with them again! We gotta read it first

Not impressed. I called confirming availability of two higher end used vehicles (1 year old) 24 hours ahead of my arrival. The dealer knew I had to drive 5 hours the next morning to view these vehicles. I was informed upon arrival that the vehicle I was most interested in was sold. No one called to inform me prior to my arrival. Not a great start. The other vehicle was very nice and priced decently. However, they refused to budge on my trade-in value. I had gotten trade-in values from 3 other dealers (2 Ford dealers) and their trade-in value were between $2,000-$8,000 higher. Not wanting to waste 10 hours of drive time, I reluctantly settled for their lower trade-in value and left with a sour taste in my mouth. To summarize: Didn't inform me of the sale of the vehicle I was most interested in. Didn't match trade-in prices from 3 other dealers. Not a happy customer. Won't be back.

Our second purchase here, Very knowledgeable staff, from the owner ( who chatted with us) salesperson ( Dana) and including the service guys. All in all a very positive car buying experience

Haley made buying my new car so easy! She's very friendly and helpful... and certainly wasn't "high pressure" like you'll find at many car dealerships. I was dreading the process of buying a new car, but Haley certainly made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend Haley and Dennis Sneed Ford.
