Zach Poling was knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in. If he was unsure of something, he was fast at obtaining/verifying the answer. We’re a couple of old duffers trying to learn new technology, and he was very informative and patient and helpful. It’s heartening to see the next generation aspiring to do the very best at their job.

I traveled to Sneed Ford to look at a couple of trucks that I had my eye on not really Committed to buy on the spot. After test driving one and meeting with Baron Washington Jr. We ran some numbers and worked til I was comfortable with the outcome. Baron never once made me feel pressured. It was quite the pleasant experience. I believe that he is a true genuine person that wants to help people and he has gained a future customer for all my automotive needs.
