I had the absolute best saleswoman, McKenzie is the kind of person your hoping you find at a dealership. Honest, fair and professional every one of them. From McKenzie to Austin the finance guy, this is a good crew to have working at a dealership. Mr Sneed must be proud.

It was a pleasure to work with Baron Washington. Great sales associate went above and beyond to get the deal closed and didn't stop there, not until the car was finally in my possession. I also had an easy transaction and easy time speaking to Austin Keithly from finance to seal the deal. Flew in from California just to visit this dealership. I would highly recommend Dennis Sneed Ford and the sales associate Baron Washington. I would do business with this dealership again no matter how far I would be.

It was a real pleasure working with Baron!! He has a great personality, friendly, professional while being very easy and comfortable to talk to! He was very knowledgeable, and answered every question/concern that I had. From the time that I first walked into Sneed Ford, to the time I drove off the lot, he took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!). The sales person was fine, it was the owner who was offending! Racial slurs and cussing in front of my young daughter was inappropriate! If we had not already signed papers I would have got up and walked out!

The dealership did an excellent job. They were very professional and answered all of my questions and resolved any concerns I had. The escape was ready as scheduled. They were very helpful in explaining the idiosyncrasies of the car so that I understood it fully prior to leaving.

Really disappointed, made appointment to check out a car for buying ahead and was presented car really dirty and air filter and oil way to dirty I thought your technicians inspected cars before put it for costumers. AC was inop and I was promised to get it fix next Monday but haven't happened yet the sales person before the buying was communicating good after sale she is not responding at all. I can find other places to get it fix but never do business here at all anymore and not recommend this dealer at all, don't care for customers at all.
