My fiancée and I were looking for a used car. We wanted to buy from a dealer over private party for the piece of mind concerning hidden mechanical problems. We had been shopping around online when we came across Dennis Sneed Ford’s website. We decided to drive down to the dealership after we got off work at 4pm. It was about an hour and a half drive, so we got there at 5:30pm and the dealership closed at 6pm. They stayed open just for us and even had Dennis Sneed himself come introduce himself. We found a beautiful Lincoln MKC and the price beat out any other dealer significantly. Rich Sousa helped us by taking us for a test drive, supplying us with a Carfax, and informing us on the work that was done to the vehicle when they received it. The car had the correct maintenance done to it for a vehicle with that low of mileage. Plus, other small things that made it perfect for us. Rich Sousa was very personable, honest, and provided us with a ZERO PRESSURE experience. Rich took us through and introduced us to the rest of the sales and service team and I must say what a great bunch of people. We were greeted with smiles, handshakes, and a feeling that the customer does really matter. Nowadays that is something that really makes you feel special. When it came to finance department, it was the same experience. Rick and Derrick, the finance managers, were amazing as well. They got us a better deal than we had thought we would get before even going in. They were both very honest, very knowledgeable, and all-around great guys. I have bought a car in the past and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had...Period! we were hesitant to go back to sneed ford after a bad experience a few years back(that salesman was no longer working for them within a week of our experience) but because of great prices we gave them another shot. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! Claudia was wonderful to work with, and went over and above to get us a great deal. no pressure we told her what we could spend and she gave us the options. would highly recommend asking for her, very knowledgeable, and easy going. will definitely recommend and return in the future. glad we gave them another chance
