I had a bad experience at the service department waiting 9 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and a recall done.spoke to the general manager about... the situation he told me he'd make it a priority to get it done quickly. After he made that promise to me he made himself unavailable for the rest of the day to speak to me. Spoke with a few other managers but they were all so rude. So I sat patiently and waited my 9 hours. Couple days later I tried to reach out to the corporate office and because I did so they informed Chrysler that my business is no longer welcome at this dealership. Talk about retaliation this is how their ownership treats customers who have legitimate complaints. I'm a disabled combat veteran no longer welcomed at Grapevine Dodge. Please anybody who cares about combat veterans would boycott this dealership.
GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! LOVE MY NEW DODGE CHALLENGER SCAT PACK 1320!!! THANKS TO TYLER BILLUPS AND THE ENTIRE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM!!! THEY WERE ALL... VERY PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL!!! BEAUTIFUL FACILITY!!!
My family and I had an overall very nice experience, very nice, clean Dealership, greeted very quickly and friendly. Vehicles are a major investment and... very stressful decisions everything was done by the Salesman and Finance to make it as easy as possible.
I've been duped on the sales side and even worse on service. My car has 10k miles on it and is only 2 years old. After tinkering with my car for a... month they informed me that I needed to pay them $20k for a new engine! They say my warranty is void because even though I changed the oil every 4k miles or less, I went more than six months at one point. It's there fault more than it is mine that it went that long. I discovered that they changed the oil four months before I bought the car. I then waited about six months and 4k miles to change it for the first time but it turns out that it was 10 months because of their negligence. Their sales department pulled a fast one on me too. They had two dealer add-ons that were both called similar names and the same price. Two $599 charges, one called PDR for paint dent prevention and another called Paint Protector for $599 also. They said it had already been applied to the vehicle by the dealer so I could buy the vehicle without it. All the while you think they are talking about one $599 charge until you get home and slowly read over the contract. Then there was an $1800 charge for some APEX GPS crap. I still don't know what it does but I sure paid for it. Oh it's not over yet. I also paid $900 for some APEX PROTECTION PLAN. Some debt cancelation nonsense, like GAP insurance but not really. It's all racket. I also bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and six months later a part in the steering wheel column had to be replaced. Grapevine DCJ said that they no longer make the part even though the Jeep was practically brand new! They said that they didn't like something about the steering wheel column design on the first few hundred cars they made for that year model and so they changed the design and didn't hold back any extras for replacement. They totaled the vehicle and said "too bad you don't have GAP insurance" and left me in an upside down loan (a payment they lured me into) and so I couldn't afford to replace it. This dealer stinks, Chrysler stinks, go elsewhere!
Great service, Daniel was awesome to deal with, very laid back and informative. Buying process was very quick and smooth. Highly recommended. Very happy... with my new car.
My wife and I bought a used car over the weekend. I want to give a shout out to Kevin Patterson, he truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. This... is third car I have purchased from him, and I promise you it won't my the last. If you want someone honest and with character. See Kevin, I promise you he won't disappoint you. Also, Alan with Finance was phenomenal. He knew we already went beyond our limits and made sure to take care of us with a nice warranty package. Was patient and calm through the entire process. I have never had a car buying experience like I did over the weekend. Thank you Kevin and Alan.
Gentlemen that helped me in service was very nice and professional. He went over some questions I had and fully explained them to me. ,.
Tony was very professional, relatable, kind, and easy to work with. Adrian was professional, not pushy, knowledgeable, and kind. Devan was kind, personable,... and relatable. Even though he is a new salesman, we could really see that he was trying hard to learn the process and improve with every step. Overall, we had a great customer experience and left with the exact car we wanted at a fair price!
I have been dealing with the service department since 2008 at Grapevine Dodge. Scott has been by far the best Service Advisor I have work with over the... last 10 years.
I can’t say enough about the customer service! They couldn’t have done more to ensure I was more than satisfied!! I will definitely bring my business back... to them!!
