Unprofessional

Worst customer service ever! Found a car online and called ahead to have it held as we had to drive 2hrs. Albert was very accommodating and said he would put a hold on it till we arrived. 30 min before we arrived we texted him to let him know we were in the area. When we arrived we saw the car getting detailed thinking the dealership was getting it ready for us to test drive. Turns out Albert was in the process of selling it to someone else. After driving several hours it would have been nice to receive a call saying they had another buyer. Obviously I was quite upset when I got there and management told me sorry it’s “business”. Well, I’m glad I did not have to do business with you!

Dream Come true

I came here looking for a Car to take home. I thought I was going to leave without taking the car I wanted after not getting approved a couple times but Albert and Joseph made dream happen. It was a huuuuge relief seeing they were able to get me the payment I wanted and rate! i highly recommend Albert at STG Montclair and Joseph(Manager)

Albert has no integrity

lexus lc500

1. we arrived and after asking 3 different people, someone finally got Cal for us. 2. Cal did not help us, and the person who did help us really didnt know anything about the car. At one point my wife told him to get in the passenger car seat to show me the features and his response was that she probably knows more than he does about the car. 3. I found some scuffs under the front bumper as well as a few dings and scrathes probably from rocks driving on the freeway. 4. the rear driver side bumper also seems like it hit something, theres a long scratch thats been buffed as well as some possible Bondo. 5. I am pretty sure your guy was just straight up lying to me regarding the price of the car during negotiation. He told me that you guys would only make 1200 on the car at current sticker price. That seems highly unlikely considering the car was purchased at auction. also i gave my offer and the best your guy came back with was 1 or 2k off total price after taxes and fees. he also compared the profit made on the lc500 to the profit on a civic which makes me believe that if its true then you shouldnt be spending 78k to make 1200 when you can spend a fraction of that to make the same amount of money. overall i felt the customer service was poor as well as the knowledge of the vehicle they werr trying to sell. good luck to anyone purchasing a car and you better come with the knowledge of everything the car you want has to offer.

Worst dealer ever - BE CAREFUL

Thoroughly regret buying a car here. After a lengthy and painful process we agreed on a price, charged the car on my credit card and drove off. They also tried to sell me a $2000 tracker that they were "100% certain" would reduce my insurance bill by hundreds of dollars. Luckily I called my insurance who said that was nonsense. This was just one in a series of lies and deceptions. Make sure you keep your guard up! Turned out their incompetent finance people had under-charged my credit card. After 4 days of trying to reach me in the middle of the night (I was traveling overseas) they decided to send someone to my house. As the car was parked at my friends house, they tracked it with the anti-theft GPS. At 5AM I received a text that was intended to intimidate me "This is Z. I am standing next to your car". In hindsight I wish he had laid a finger on my car so I could have gotten him arrested. My friend asked him what he was doing with the car and took his picture to share with the police. My friend called my wife who settled the remainder (which, legally we have no obligation to). Now these geniuses are bugging me for a signature and asking me if I have a fax...So the idiotic behavior continues. Here is my advise: run, go somewhere else, any place but this. Also, there is no way they have so many 5 star ratings, must be writing themselves. Go to Better Business Bureau site where you can get the real scoop as the comments there are validated. Barely squeze out a 3 star

New car purchases

I just purchased my 2018 Chrysler 300 from Rigo and His manager kale they are very nice and easy to work with . Over all I had a great experience ! I love the way they work . I do recommend to anyone looking to buy a car please come to STG Montclair
