I am giving zero stars as 1. Drove 65 miles to see car for sales appointment- and confirmed car availability as well before starting from home. 2. After reaching there - we were attended after 25 mins - we were told car is on way to their dealership 3. Waited for another 1.5 hours but they never showed cars to us 4. Sales Manager came and said sorry for it and said let’s sign paper work and will give you good deal today and car tomorrow 5. We asked what is deal - they said deal is they will not put their additional car assessories and willing to sell car on advertised price This was joke for us .. we just quietly came out of their dealership.

I submitted an inquiry for a Kona EV and offered $25K to qualify for the used EV tax credit. Juan Dominguez replied claiming his Kona was the cheapest on the market which wasn’t true and said “if there cheaper than mine there was no reason for you to reach out.” Instead of just saying “sorry we cannot meet that price.” He had to be condescending. Apparently he doesn’t want to sell any vehicles with an attitude like that. If you are looking at this dealership deal with someone other than Juan “I’m better than you” Dominguez.

I went online to sell my car and they have a very high offer. I went there and they are so accommodating and it took me just some time and they already paid me. They are so nice and very professional... thank you!

We all know purchasing a car can be very stressful and such a long process. I was recommended by a coworker to come to STG in Montclair. However throughout the car buying experience I found a car but at the bellflower location. If you want to waste your time head over to that location, if you want a great deal, hands down sales associate who will take the time, not only to listen to you but help you in every aspect. I have never felt an easier car buying experience than the one I just had. Starting from the top Christian Campos, and Joseph Lemus who took every second to listen to me and worked a miracle. The STG Montclair Location is the place to go, if you want the best deal, no time wasted, and sales associates who listen this is the right place.
