Staff was very pleasant and professional and salesman Rigo was great. Service was rapid and quick and car dealership was very clean and hospitable If your looking for a vehicle come down to STG Montclair.

I worked with Fady, he was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He helped me from start to finish, he text me back when I reached out, I actually test drove 3 different vehicles on 3 different days. He could not have been more pleasant. He didn't once rush or push me to buy.  The buying process was not the horrible experience that everyone makes it out to be. The finance manager was the worst part about buying a car. He came in, shook my hand, sat down and started talking. My wife was sitting right next to me and he completely ignored her like she wasn't even there. Dave was very unprofessional and if I didn't need him to call the banks to fight for a better rate, I probably would've told him to screw-off. He must not be married, because all smart men know who the real boss is in the marriage.  Overall it was a good experience, I got a great car and and happy with my purchase. I'd recommend the dealer to my friends and family and send them to Fady.

Buying used cars is always a mine field and it is difficult to find honest dealerships in California. Our initial point of contact, Tony, was absolutely pleasant, greeted us with a smile and had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived. The vehicle was mostly as advertised. A few minor discrepancies, but that is to be expected from a used car dealership and that is more a reflection on the dealership than the employees. During negotiations we also dealt with the sales manager, Joe, he was very straightforward and worked hard to get us what we wanted and needed. He and Tony went above and beyond the call of duty and even stayed late to finish the deal.

Employees were professional and kind; we were greeted immediately. Daniel Rodas was a great salesman, he provided the utmost services. He stayed after hours to assist us.
