Daniel is knowledgable and great at helping us find what we were looking for. He was friendly and communicated well without all the fuss that you would find at other dealerships.

Dropped their price almost 2400 and the next day still negotiated a few more off the top after the deal was finalized because I still wasn't happy. They stayed late into the night to rework their prices several times until I was comfortable with the deal. Now for the bad. This place will lure you in with lower prices than competition and then hit you with hidden fees not discussed on the sticker or websites. You show up and they show you a car that isn't what you showed up for. However, it was worth all the negotiation. They have some of the most immaculate vehicles in the southern half of California hands down. All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I have Joseph to thank for that. This car might as well be brand new and at a greatly discounted price.

I really enjoyed my experience with STG (Montclair). I communicated with Alan via email to discuss finance options and he was very friendly and was quick to respond. His manager, Anthony, reached out a couple of times to ensure I was being taken care of. On Alan's day off, his colleague Gustavo took over and was very accommodating. When I went to the dealership, he took great care in answering my questions and addressing all concerns. I would gladly return to STG and work with Alan and Gustavo again.
