Best Car Buying Experience!

Woody's was well worth the drive! We contacted Curtis about a vehicle we saw online on Wednesday. He was a friendly guy and very knowledgeable. He knew we were almost 2 hours away, so he said he'd call us if it sold before Saturday when we could come see it. We called on Saturday as we were about 40 miles away to let him know we were closer. He had the car out front, ready for us to take for a spin. He showed us some features in it & we took it for a drive. When we got back, he asked us what we thought. There was ZERO pressure!!! The whole process was easy and the entire deal took about 3 hours, including the test drive. We got an excellent deal on a great car, couldn't be happier!

Very happy working with Jeff Henderson!

My last experience purchasing a car (from a different dealership) was a complete NIGHTMARE! Jeff was great to work with and really communicated everything along the way so I was very satisfied this time around and happy that I genuinely felt so comfortable. I talked with 3 people total and unfortunately don't remember the names of the other two, but they were great too! They definitely made my almost two hour drive well worth it!

Not like your other Dealerships

I have leased cars for the last 14 years, and had good experience with a Dealer in my area, However I was ready to finally buy a vehicle to own and I could not get it at the Dealership I had gone to the last several years. I found a Jeep I was interested in on cars.com and emailed the dealer about it. I was immediately responded to by Polly A. who turned out to be one of the nicest people I have ever interacted with in the Car Buying/leasing process. Polly was very responsive to all my emails and applied no pressure at all when I finally made the trip up to see the Vehicle. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and at a very fair price. Polly was open and honest about the vehicle and the process and you don't always see that at other dealerships. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a Car, Truck, or Jeep to give Polly a call.

Great Service!

There are so many friendly faces here at Woody's. I had such a great experience as a first time car buyer here. I am seventeen years old and buying my first car. I was met with such enthusiasm form the sales associates and had a lot of fun test driving the car.

Good experience

I was nervous due to a close friend having a poor experience but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Polly and Neva were very friendly.

Good Experience with Polly & Randell

We purchased our Chrysler Aspen thru Polly Applebury and when we found a couple of small issues she took care of us. She contacted the service department and set us up an appointment to have it repaired at no cost to us, Thank you Polly. We love our new car, this is our 2nd car purchased at Woody's and would be a repeat buyer at Woody's again. Polly is a very friendly sales associate and does a great job making you feel important and cares about the service she offers to her customers. My husband and I are happy customers today and look forward to our next car purchase. :)

Recall on rear end / Result rear end rebuilt 2005 Dodge Ram

Took my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 in for a few recalls. Ended up having to rebuild the rear end. Woody's had my truck for several days because of unavailable parts (not their fault). The Service Department there was more than accommodating. Very friendly knowledgeable staff that kept me up to date all the way through. Thank You all in the Service Department. I am happy with the repairs to my truck. I would refer anyone and bring my truck back again. Bonita I. Hawkins
