Woody's Dodge Jeep Chrysler RAM

This definitely was a great experience & even though there were a few blemishes on my vehicle it's not too noticeable. I was buying a used car. The price was fair & at the same time great if that makes sense to anyone. I drove about 3hrs to this dealership and hopefully in the future I may upgrade & would definitely consider dealing with them again . Scott "Scoop" Cooper is definitely a very nice guy & so is there staff I met as well.

SCOOP DID A WONDERFUL JOB!! It's a different kind of buying experience and they let you know that the minute you walk in the door. They let you look at each vehicle on your own and give you the time to look over what you'd like without someone breathing down your neck telling you how wonderful the vehicle it. Scoop was real, honest, and easy to work with. We were down to a GMC Terrain and a Ford Edge. We brought the carseats and stroller along, loaded all of them up in each vehicle, check space, and drove each. During that time Scoop was very easy to deal with as we continued to compare and contrast . Little haggling on my trade-in valuation which was nice for a change! Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend them!

I can say that most car buying experiences I have had were not good and mostly frustating. I found this truck online through Autotrader.com and was very impressed by the fair price and the amount of photo taken. Decided to make the 4 hr drive. As soon as we got there Scoop was waiting for us and had pulled the vehicle up for us so we didn't have to wait. Next most of the time you have that uncomfortable test drive with the salesman to start off with. You have to listen about this and that and can't take the time to really check out what you want. Not with Woodys. Scoop gave us the keys and told us to be back by closing. Finally the thing I hate is the negotiating. Usually it is you go back and forth and have to walk out and have them call you to get what I would say is a fair price. Not at Woodys. Russ came to us with an offer and we countered it. He had to go and check on a few things but in the end I got the price for my trade in that I wanted. Overall the experience was the best I have ever had thanks to both Scoop and Russ making it so easy. Thanks guys. I would highly recommend Woodys to any of my friends or family and for sure would recommend for you to work with Scoop and Russ.

I just recently purchased my first vehicle from Woody's, and they made the my buying experience much easier and quicker than I thought possible. I drove 302 miles to buy my truck from Curtis Smith at Woody's. They were organized & professional before during and after the sale. They offered me 1500-2000 more on my trade in than my local dealers would and then when I getting ready to drive home I noticed that my cell phone battery would never make it. When Curtis saw that I didn't have a charger with me, he loaned me one to make it home, that is just one example of how this dealership went above and beyond to earn my business. From their website, to selection and customer service, I'll be back and will tell my friends about them.

They had the car I wanted with the options I wanted and the right price. However, the dealership was over 3 hours away. I debated if the potential 6.5 hr drive (round trip) was worth it knowing I didn't really know what I would find when I got there. I gambled... and decided to go for it. Best decision ever! They exceeded my expectations! It was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised! Not only was the car what I was looking for, but they were amazing to work with! Jeff Henderson made it an excellent car buying experience as did the entire team! Was very impressed with the entire dealership. We even some how managed to forget the floor mats which they offered to mail to us! Definitely a Class Act dealership!

My wife and I were just starting the process of looking at a vehicle and we came across as deal at Wow Woody's. We spoke with Scott at length on the phone and he sent us everything in email as well so we could review it at our leisure. Scott followed up with us as well, to the point of courtesy, not pushiness that you can sometimes run into. Scott Chubick was great to work with and we are very happy that he helped us with our purchase. The lowest price no haggling from the get go was a little weird to get used to, but it really made the purchase a smooth transaction.
