We had an issue with an older Subaru and Gateway, with no pressure, got us into a new Outback. We drove other makes and none of them road as well as the Outback. Nanci was great to work with and was very knowledgeable.

The dealership was very inviting and comfortable, no high pressure sales people, though I knew what I was there for. Very complete service included a tour of the whole dealership. Friendly staff, low-key!

We have been having our Outback and Forester serviced at

We have been having our Outback and Forester serviced at Gateway since 2018. Our experience with the service department has been fantastic. When it was time to replace our 2015 Outback we headed straight to Gateway. Kevin M. and the team made the vehicle selection and purchase process very simple. Kevin finished with a very good tutorial on the use of the Outbacks features. We left the dealership with our new 2025 Outback Limited and our sanity. Many thanks to Kevin and the rest of the Gateway team.
