I bought a car from JDBirider and the engine went out.
I bought a car from JDBirider and the engine went out.I took it in and they said it would take 2 weeks to order an engine.It was well over a month! I took my car from them,had it towed to another service provider that makes the model car.They put the engine in and the over all cost for checking and work was 4,000! I filed a compliant with theBBB and JDByrider refunded my monty all 4,000!!

Vehicle work
My engine went out on my car. I still have a warranty on it. They said they ordered an engine for it. It would be in ten days. Every week we call about it. We get a run around and now. Now the service manager will not take our calls. A rental is costing a lot of money. It has been over a month.

We just got a car from them , the sale man went the extra mile for us. The car first trip out has something wrong the sales man came picked us up took us home, had the car towed but to the service station. Called us to let us know.

Talked to a salesman and I was told no money down special but when I got there the first vehicle I looked at I was told I did not qualify for that vehicle. The salesman I scheduled an appt. with was 90 minutes late and rude when he finally showed up. When I talked to the manager he was rude and confrontational to the point I thought it would become physical. As I was leaving the salesman talked to me in the parking lot and told me it was my fault. No way, no how, not in my lifetime will I ever step foot back on their property.

Worked for my family,
Needed a safe reliable vehicle for daily family functions, have less than prefect credit visited a few dealers and they just had no interest in my situation or could care less. We to the Erie location and they were understanding and respectful. What more could I ask for . All in all great experience
