I am extremely pleased with my new purchase. On top of that I am more pleased with my experience at Infiniti on Camelback. Let's start with Lon whom was very sweet. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and very helpful. He was the 1st point of contact in my whole experience and I just have to say that it couldn't have been more pleasant. I've had the pleasure of meeting his manager who's names exscape me now and they gave me insight on things I've never known. Once I decided to sign I met with John whom broke it all the way down and explained other protection plans as well. After this I felt like I could be in the business. So a few days after my purchase I received a call from Lon the Loyalty Manager. Did u know he makes house calls? He set an appt to come to my house and show me the tricks and trades of my new ride. Can I just say I am baffled at the computer that I'm driving. Then he said he will follow up in a couple weeks as if this was a doctors appt. I have never ever had a more pleasurable experience when purchasing a car. I love that Infiniti has programs for return customers that's not offered at any other dealerships. They top all hands down. Thanks for such a great experience.

Lon Williams was Kind, helpful and fair.

Efficient, prepared and easy going. Dealership clean, comfortable and welcoming. Edward greater me outside and Lon took care of me immediately. I have been with them for 6 years.
