I have bought my only 2 new cars in my life out of the 125 that I have owned from Infiniti on Camelback. 1st was my Q50S. Loved it. When I buy a car, new... or old I always ask for the sales manager, they always are the people to make your deal work. Rich never pressured me even on the phone about coming down and saying things like, well there are plenty of people here that can help you. He said I'll be here when you come in, what's your name? I'll see when you get here. Now I understand that some salesperson gets the deal because sales managers have a million deals to try to work. But the people he handed me off to never had to do much but have the car prepped and ready for me to drive home. And Lon always handled me with respect and always was diligent to make sure I knew all the options on my new vehicle. I was getting the typical sales pitch over at Coulter Infiniti and when the pushy salesman who was working with two customers at a time, walked away for 15 mins, I called Rich and told him I was looking at a QX60 with some technology features but I was adamant about having headrest DVD monitors to be installed in the headrest for the kids or whomever. He just said come on down and you got it, I'll be here waiting. I keep coming back as well because Lon will always be going out of his way to make sure to get the demonstration even at my house one weekend, on a Sunday! even to make sure I knew all the features on my new QX60. Rich and Lon make me feel like a part of a family whenever I would come in even just to chat! That is what I call customer service and relations! Always answering my calls if they are there and never tried to say well we have someone else that can help you. I don't want anybody else, I am loyal to people that go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Because bottom line the sales manager is the one that will make your deal work. And Lon will show how everything else works. Even on a Sunday all the way out in San Tan Valley. And I am sorry I don't remember her name but the finance person was so cool to talk with, we both were from the Northwest and as well, willing to go out of her way to accommodate me. Thanks, Guys and Girl (I am embarrassed to not remember her name :<( she would kill me for that, just kidding) So, keep doing what you have always been doing taking care of the customers. Coop

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They went above and beyond for me. They found the car that worked perfectly with my financial... goals (all while their systems were down), and drove to Mesa to get it off the showroom floor of another dealership. They found out where the car was 24 minutes before the dealership closed and they made it all the way to Mesa just in time to get the car! I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from not only Edward Johnson, but also Luis Becerra and Lon Williams. Infiniti on Camelback is unmatched, and I will continue to bring my service to them!

Car buying process was easy. Had to buy quickly. A few weeks later Lin came to me at my convenient location and time to help me understand the car functions... better and hook up our garage function. Super grateful, much easier than watching hours of videos!
