DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! I purchased from them last year and it’s been nothing but problems. No check engine light on when I made the purchase and it showed up the day after. MANAGER had a TERRIBLE attitude when I brought this issue to his attention and actually laughed at me. It was obvious they simply had the codes cleared by the con-artist shop next door they partner with as I purchased it. To add insult to injury, they required I take my vehicle to their partnering shop (right next door) for further inspection and in doing so, they put a HUGE dent and paint scratch on my vehicle but insisted it wasn’t them. Surely didn’t happen from my driveway to the shop. Less that 5,000 miles and under one year of ownership…….blown transmission that set me back $7,000 and need for four new tires after finding two LOUSY patch jobs when they were not holding air. I should have taken this vehicle to a reputable mechanic before buying it and saved myself the troubles. Do yourself a favor, avoid the troubles yourself and DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Nightmare delivery

ATTENTION! DO NOT BUY CARS from this place, specially if you are in the ARM FORCES and due to the covid19 you need delivery services. They will take FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CAR -PAID IN FULL into they feel like it. Then, at delivery, it will be smelling like cigarettes and dirty as trash... not detailed, washed, OR EVEN cleaned, OR the minimum services you get from a dealership -“professionalism” ...WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! and what a Terrible way to pay Back to those that give their life for our country!!

Best buying experience from sales to management!

Best service I have ever received when buying a car. Great management and sales personnel. Bought a cummins diesel 03 dodge dually and the sales consultant Jesse Flores made the sales process easy and helped me thoroughly with the whole process. The Financial manager Jessica Enriquez helped me get financed with great payments and worked with my down payment.

Runaround

Bought an 04 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 from here..4wheel drive didnt work..They reluctantly fixed it at the shop behind them(Dynamic).but after they fixed they let me drive off with exhaust leak they caused..so i brought it back and was promised it would be fixed. Truck dat in shop for 2 weeks then they tell me they are not..so im driving around with loud leak..apperantly they cut corners on replacing rusted out exhaust system..not a good dealership
