Purchased a Cartier 32 days ago been trying to get the car fixed for 29 days to get and had a diagnostic on it bring it back to them to let them know it was wrong they said they fixed it and they didn’t so now I’m going round and round the Mulberry Bush with these people are so unprofessional talk to you like you are a dog and then tell you to get off their property never ever Purchase a vehicle from the demon people and peoplePurchase a vehicle from these people

Do not waste your time going here. They are Unprofessional and rude. The cars are in bad shape and when they say they will fix it they don’t. They will say anything to get your money. Still waiting to get some things on my car that I got from them fixed because they kept my car for a whole week and basically did nothing. Taking advantage of female is what they do.

Worst place to buy a car, Recently bought a truck, drove to Houston and the truck stopped working before i got there, supposedly it had guarantee with the ford, we took it there and it stayed there for a long time, till they brought it to Tampa, the dealer told me it had a new motor, which i discover it was a lie, i went to the dealer and the owner told me she was going to fix that and she was going to call me, i never got the call, I went to the dealer today and one rude unprofessional guy told us if we wanted the truck we have to give them cash, i went to the police and i was told they're committing fraud, the good reviews some of them are a lie so be careful with this scam. They give you a fixed car that woul last maximum a week if you have good luck and then when you take it to them they will try to resell it.

Very slow to no followup communication. Be your like the vehicle still discussing. Has been hard getting details on work done

I live two hours away so I called and text then before I come down. Josh the salesman pacifically text me and talk to me that it is available. When I showed up they told me the car is not available and offer me another options. I was so upset and pissed off that’s all they want are luring people to come in so they can offer something else. I would never recommend anybody to do business with this dealer. How can you trust these people if they CANNOT BE HONEST with you with theIr inventories? They told the car was sold 3 weeks agao.

LIARS AND THIEVES!!! BEWARE!!! They lied, they committed criminal bait and switch, and they mocked me openly when questioned. I found a truck on Facebook and one of Luxury Auto Malls reps, Josh, messaged me back and forth. I decided to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes up to this location to buy the vehicle at a price that we established, pending the test drive. I rearranged my afternoon and my wife's afternoon just to accommodate this transaction. When we got there I was told Josh had a family emergency and someone else would help me. I asked about that truck and the rep said they have a couple locations and would have to see where it was. I called Josh during this wait. He answered and said he was at a different location doing another deal. I asked where the truck was. He said he didn't know, then he said it was at a different location. At this point, I went into the office and asked the five men sitting there where that truck was. A white man with colorful arm tattoos (I never got his name but I think he was the manager) asked if it was a Ford, I said no a Chevy and he said they sold it the night before, but he would have a salesmen show me around. I told him the salesmen was talking with me all day and they knew it was sold. He said he can't control Facebook listing. I explained that he wasted my time and my wife's, that he bait and switched us, and that they were dishonest. He proceeded to say, "that truck is a bit tight on you, sir," attempting to mock my weight. They lied, they committed criminal bait and switch, and they mocked me openly when questioned.

My dad went yesterday to purchase a 43k truck they told him that they had a good deal so they pick him up went to the dealership . NEVER WAS A great deal. he got treated like xxxx and didn't take him back home . Worst experience ever

Don’t ever buy a car from these guys I brought a 2008 Infiniti QX56 they never gave me paperwork took my down payment and took my car back

They sell there cars and don't take them off its not right when they say its here drive a hour show up and it sold days ago. Very unprofessional
