Great buying experience. Liberty Bay Auto had a very unique car. They arrange to have the car serviced and ready for me to fly into Seattle and drive the... car back to California.
Prompt, friendly service. Reasonable fees. Knowledgeable service techs. Comfortable waiting facilities. Excellent car wash after service. Convenient hours.... What’s left to say - good job people
THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD ! This was an exceptionally amazing experience buying a car from Liberty Bay Auto Center. I will forever only buy... my vehicles from them! I hated visiting Auto Malls and Dealerships because I always and felt overwhelmed and pressured by salesman. NOT my experience here! I was so pleased and surprised with the car buying experience I received at Liberty Bay Auto Center. I had the pleasure of working their General Manager, Tom Diefendorf, and Carol Ost, who personally assisted me. From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors, we felt like family. Tom Diefendorf greeted us and offered us a beverage. Tom introduced us to Carol Ost who would assist us. Carol Ost began by first giving us a tour and introducing us to the different departments. She then sat with me and asked what it was I was interested in. I had my eye on a 2013 Lexus RX350 SUV that I had researched on the internet. Carol walked me out to the exact vehicle I was looking for. Carol was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She then handed us the keys so we could take a test drive and get a feel for the car. We fell in love with the car! Tom Diefendorf and Carol Ost worked with us on the purchase price and made the process of buying a new car fun and easy. NO STRESS!!! Everything was seamless and organized. After deciding to purchase the car, Carol introduced us to Jeremy Dogeagle in the Financing Department. Jeremy Dogeagle was also a pleasure to work with, and walked us through financing (no pressure tactics here either). Jeremy was fun, super nice, and answered all my questions. Such an easy process and the Lexus came with a 48 hour money back guarantee. After our pleasant experience with Jeremy, we met back up with Carol Ost. Carol then took the time to sit with me and my husband in the car and go over every inch/button. Carol even helped me link my phone to the car. I never thought the process of buying a new car would be this fun and stress free. My experience was truly exceptional, and I cannot say enough amazing things about Liberty Bay Auto Center and Tom Diefendorf, their General Manager. Everyone we met was awesome. I would also like to say that I have never been to a Dealership or any business really where I met the owners of the business. The owners, Dean & Sherri Church, and the employees are all gracious and genuinely loved their jobs. My husband and I kept commenting to each other how happy all the staff was to be at work. Tom Diefendorf and the team are definitely doing something right in more ways than one. Here is the amazing part; We live in Bellevue and they delivered the Lexus to our home in Bellevue without blinking an eye. I will be a customer forever!!
Great people very happy easy to work with. Fun atmosphere very helpful and nice. Got a great car for a great price. I would recommend to a friend
Liberty Bay sells the highest quality preownrd vehicles in Western Washington. The prices are fair, the sales staff is friendly and professional, and the... quality of all vehicles on the lot are exceptional. Thanks folks!
I bought the perfect car. The price was fair, although they did not give me the best price on my trade in I did feel that it was at the low end of a fair... value. Everything was great. It all went down hill after that. When purchasing my car, I was promised in writing several things. The first was a second key to the car. Liberty Bay convinced me to buy this "extra" protection that included key replacement. I was told to wait a month after purchasing to file a claim. I did just that thinking its a little weird but what did I know. Well a month later I tried to file a claim and was told by the protection company that the dealer had to provide me with 2 keys in order for my contract with them to be valid. They suggested I reach back to the dealership to have them supply me with a second key. When I called Liberty Bay I was told that I needed to speak to a certain person and that person was out of the officer and so I left a message for them to call me back. A few days went by and got no response, so I reached out again and got someone and was told he needed to look in to it. A week went by no response so I again reached out and was told that they were trying to track down a Toyota dealership with the key available and I would have to drive to Bremerton which is over an hour away plus a ferry ride. When I asked if there was a place closer to me they said they would have to look it up. It took almost a month of back a fourth before I finally got the key that I was promised. The second issue that I had was at time of purchase my car did not come with a manual. They put down in writing that I would get one. At a month post purchase I had received my new plates but no manual. I called and spoke to someone who said that they would have to reach out to the salesmen who helped me. Again waited for a few days and no response. I again called and they said that the manual had been ordered. They told me that it would be in at the end of January (2 weeks out). Come the end of the first week of February I called as I had not heard anything about it nor had I seen anything come in the mail. Was told the person I needed to talk to was not in and I would get a call back. Waiting a few days and no call back, I called again and this time I was told that my manual would be in at the end of the week. Waited and never heard back. Called once again and this time I was told that they did not know when it was going to be in. They ordered it from some company who is sending it from the Netherlands. What bothers me the most besided that lack of communication and feeling like I don't matter to this company. I could go online and get one from the US and have it here in less then 2 weeks but they decided to order one form some other country. Needless to say I have had my car for almost 2 months and still no manual. I have even spoken to someone who claimed they were the manager and they gave me the run around. I am beyond frustrated with this company. They don't keep written word, they never call you back like they say and when you need to talk to someone they magically are always out of the officer. This company is always giving me the run around and they don't care about you at all.
Such a great experience buying a car for my daughter. The finance department and sales helped us navigate a complex financial situation. This is the third... car I’ve bought from this dealership and the only place I’ll go in the future. Always a fair deal with great service.
Great service at LB Auto. Never been disappointed. Purchased two cars and have had my service work done here. Great coordination with other services and... a great outcome. Take your service needs to Liberty Bay Auto!
I am not willing to part with my Honda Element, but the interior really needed some "sprucing up". Libery Bay's detailers did such an OUTSTANDING job... the inside of my car looks like new!
They did the 6 month service on my new car in 24 minutes! At my request, they also checked the battery drainage when the rear lift gate is open. Some... owners have had issues with a dead battery when it's left open for hours. There was no charge for checking the battery.
